Je n’y reviendrai pas mais passable.

L’accueil des réceptionnistes.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir, très peu de choix et essentiellement des produits locaux. Ils nous servent le pain de la veille donc pain sec limite rassis. L’emplacement à proximité des transports en commun et des petits commerces mais très bruyant jusqu’à 2h du matin. Les chambres sont mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins de chambre.

Muy lejos de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas
Cons:

Sinceramente, este hotel podría tener 2 estrellas, pero resulta increíble que tenga 4. La habitación estándar no cumplía con las expectativas: olor intenso a humo, baño sucio y deteriorado, humedades, ducha sin una puerta y sábanas viejas.

Lo más sorprendente es que no había gel de baño, champú ni ningún producto de higiene básico. En cambio, sí había kit de costura, calzador, gorro de ducha y bastoncillos para los oídos. ¿De qué sirve todo eso si ni siquiera puedes ducharte?

Tras comunicarlo en recepción, no solucionaron nada. Una empleada de limpieza me trajo dos perchas viejas y diferentes entre sí, con muy malos modos y cero amabilidad. El gel de baño y el ambientador tuve que comprarlos por mi cuenta.

El hotel no se corresponde con las fotos ni con la categoría que anuncia. Aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido, la falta de higiene y cuidado en la habitación nos hizo desconfiar del resto de servicios.

Un cliente no debería tener que comprar productos básicos para ducharse ni un ambientador para soportar el olor de su habitación. Una experiencia decepcionante, muy lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Good hotel, exceptional staff
Pros:

When we first arrived there were a couple of things not quite right but after speaking with manager Shule were resolved quickly and efficiently.
Our room was spacious and clean, the bed large and freshly made up. We had toiletries and plenty of clean towels, if we needed anything all we had to do was ask.
Staff were exceptional, Shaina is lovely and accommodating, Naaz a very hard worker and Yasan polite and keen to help. Hayriye is a great cook and makes the most delicious breakfast.

First of all hotel stuf is fine everything was perfect daily room services, buffet breakfast and sauna also hotel area near to touristic places like sultanahmet last of all I want to say thank you Yusuf and Chouruk from reception they are rally best at this job :)
