Pros:

After an exhausting travel day and a very late arrival, my stay at Mays Royal completely turned things around. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly stood out was the kindness I received at check-in. I want to give special thanks to the night shift receptionist, Mohamed— he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and went out of his way to make me feel at ease after a long, stressful day. His professionalism and friendliness really made a difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
If you’re arriving in Istanbul late or just looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests, I highly recommend Mays Royal.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich mich bei dem Mitarbeiter Mohamed und bei Shorouk bedanken – beide waren immer nett, professionell und haben uns bei allem unterstützt.

Cons:

Alles war in Ordnung, es gab nichts Besonderes zu beanstanden.

Totul la superlativ!

Șederea noastră a fost confortabila si totul a decurs f bine ,de la recepție si pana la plecare

Franchement rien à dire, tout était au top 👌
L’accueil était excellent, le personnel très professionnel, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. On s’est senti vraiment les bienvenus dès notre arrivée.
La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Tout était impeccable, que ce soit la literie, la salle de bain ou le service en général.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur sérieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !
