Excellent hotel , new and clean im extending my stayment in this hotel just woderful stuff ready to help me any time
With clean room everyday and delicious turkish breakfast with hamam sauna and masaj , and beauty salon services with good price
Location just excellent and near from metro tramway

أقمتُ في هذا الفندق وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة.
الخدمة كانت ممتازة، والموظفون في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وكانوا دائمًا مستعدين للمساعدة.

الصالون (مصفف الشعر) داخل الفندق مميز جدًا، والخدمات المقدمة فيه على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة.
كما أن الحمام وخدمات المساج كانت مريحة جدًا وتساعد على الاسترخاء بشكل كامل.

ما أعجبني أيضًا هو أن الأسعار مناسبة جدًا مقارنةً بجودة الخدمات المقدمة.
بصراحة، كانت تجربة جميلة وأوصي بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الممتازة

Общее впечатление не плохое, но очень чувствуется, что есть проблемы в управлении отелем.
Pros:

Чистый номер, наличие холодильника, хотя я была уверена в его отсутствии. Разнообразный завтрак, то есть не только одни вареные яйца, но меню одинаковое каждое утро +/-. Большой лифт, который работает. Номер который выходит на жилой дом имеет свои преимущества - теневая сторона и нет уличного шума. Хороший напор воды. Брендированные туалетные принадлежности. Приятная, опытная девушка работала в тот день на рецепции. Ей большое спасибо за содействие. Отличный интернет и кондиционер.

Cons:

Не работали прикроватные лампы. Недостаточно вешалок для одежды. Был сломан фен и персонал не устранил поломку. Было предложено сходить в соседний салон, чтобы высушить волосы, но это такой себе вариант... При заселении дали ключ, но в номере были чужие вещи. Предложили другой номер, который надо было ждать, чтобы его привели в порядок. Пришлось менять свои планы. Но багаж, безусловно, персонал предложил оставить на рецепции. Отелю только 2 года, но в глаза бросаются некоторые нюансы, которые могут дать сомнения в этом факте.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, and the hotel staff are very helpful with anything you need. There is a hairdresser who is very friendly and does great work, as well as a spa. The location is lively, and what I liked most about staying in Fatih is the hotel’s location and that the building is new.

Le petit déjeuner est nul. Mon fils a mis les pied au restaurant une seul fois et na jamais retournner.pas grand chose a grignoter Manque de choix..
