sessiz sakin huzurlu ama tertemiz değil.

Otel genel olarak sessiz sakin huzurlu.. İşletmecileri iyi insanlar ama yeterince ilgili değiller..
Odalara girdiğinizda çarşaf ve havlular tertemiz ama odaların tozları alınmamış. mutfak malzemeleri toz içinde.. Klimanın filtresi tozdan hava geçirmez olmuş. Biz uyararak temizlettik. Tuvalette surekli bir rutubet kokusu var. Düzenli ve rutın bır temızlık soz konusu degıl. çöpünüzü bile ısrar ederseniz alıyorlar.. Otopark sorun olmadı. Klima temizlendikten sonra çalıştı ama akşam saatlerinde dus almak eziyet.. su ip gibi akıyor.

onlar da haklılar dönemlik kısa süreli işletmeci olunca otele yatırım yapmıyor hiç kimse..

bunun dısında sıkıntı yok.

The owner was quite helpful and friendly.My room was well decorated and clean.Location is in the center of kucukkoy surrounded with plenty coffee stores, bosnian restaurants and cool art galleries.Recommending this place!

Otel sahıplerının tavırları cok soguktu. mısafırperverlık kötü.Yalıtım hıc yok. otelın otoparkı ucretlı. Kahvaltı dahıl olması gerekırdı. Fıyatı odaya gore cok fazla.Ayvalık merkezde aynı fıyata kahvaltı dahıl oteller mevcut.
