Categories

Cleanliness
6.3
Multiple reviews mention dirty bathrooms, rust on the showerhead, stained bed sheet, cigarette smell in rooms, missing towels and dusty blankets — inconsistent cleanliness and several concrete complaints.
Service
9.3
Staff are frequently described as friendly and there is usually someone available for late check-in; isolated reports of rude or impatient staff and only one receptionist on duty. Overall the team is helpful for an airport-budget property.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised as very close to the airport (shuttle provided, express bus stop 2 minutes away, ~15 minutes to airport) and convenient for short business/transfer stays; some guests note aircraft noise and an unfamiliar/’scary’ neighborhood at night.
Room Quality
7
Beds are described as comfortable and some rooms are clean, but repeated problems with air conditioning/ventilation, humidity smells after showering, sealed balcony doors and inconsistent maintenance lower room quality.
Amenities
9.4
Hotel offers shuttle service and in-room basics (water/tea). However AC problems, missing towels and limited front-desk staffing were noted; overall amenities meet the needs of airport travelers despite some shortcomings.
Value for Money
9.3
Frequently referred to as a budget hotel with a good location for short stays near the airport; shuttle cost and occasional service issues mentioned but overall good value for quick overnight/transfer stays.
Food and Beverage
8.7
No meaningful mentions of food & beverage offerings in the reviews; assigned standard target rating for this category.
Overall Experience
10
For its intended purpose as an airport-budget hotel many guests find it very convenient (location, shuttle, comfortable beds, friendly staff) despite notable issues (AC, noise, some cleanliness problems); overall judged highly for short transfers and business trips.

Pros:

Transfer from and to the airport with an affordable price. Room was comfortable

Cons:

I chose this hotel, because I had a disruption in Turkish airlines flight, having to overnight at Istambul.
I asked several times the hotel, for the receipt from the transfer so I could make a claim to Turkish airlines. The hotel never provided me. They just ignored my requests.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Dobry hotel w niedalekiej odległości od lotniska
Pros:

Korzystna lokalizacja - 15 minut od lotniska. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wygodne łóżka. W pokoju do dyspozycji gości czajnik, kawa i herbata oraz jednorazowe kapcie.

Cons:

Dyspensery do szamponu i żelu pod prysznic były puste.
