Great breakfast, kind staff, excellent location
Pros:

The staff, without exception, were incredibly kind. Mehmet at the front desk helped me settle in on my very first night. The location is fantastic; close enough to walk to all the major landmarks and attractions in Sultanahmet, yet just far enough to stay quiet at night. Breakfast was fantastic too, with a great variety of food and genuinely filling. The room was spotless, had AC, and the cleaning staff kept it in great shape every single day.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, lo cual es de gran ayuda para poder visitar todos los atractivos turísticos. Además que el personal es sumamente amable y atento. Hatem (recepcionista) por ejemplo, nos ayudó y dio recomendaciones de qué rutas hacer, qué lugares visitar o qué restaurantes probar, y eso hizo con que nuestra estadía fuese increíble. Muchas gracias!

Outstanding, well-managed hotel, strongly recommended
Pros:

[Location & Setting]
Located next to the Blue Mosque, the hotel is in a clean, pleasant area on flat terrain, just a 5 min walk from the tram station.

[Quality & Service]
Though a 3 star property, its meticulous management gives it a 4 star or higher standard feel. Staff are friendly and polite. Amenities include an excellent rotating breakfast, a lobby bar, and 2 daily free bottles of water. Private airport transfer service was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

[Internal Soundproofing]
Outside was very quiet at night. However, internal soundproofing (ceiling/floor, walls) could be seen relatively poorer than some of other hotels/apartments. While, usually bearable due to other respectful neighbor guests being generally discreet like us, only 1 night hassle of late returning neighbor guests. We experienced other 1 night (late night of 14th of June, Sunday) of long repetitive, unidentifiable rattling + banging noise every few minutes keep coming from somewhere inside of building after midnight. 4 out of 6 nights were very quiet.

Very nice location
Pros:

I noticed this hotel from outside during my first visit in Istanbul and was not disappointed from what I found inside. Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was with many options and the staff very friendly. Very handy location, right in Sultanahmet and few steps from main attractions.
