Personnel working here were very helpful; breakfast was most satisfactory.

Hotel newly renovated, in a very convient and charming location. Room is comforting. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich top – alles war gepflegt und ordentlich. Besonders möchte ich das Personal loben: alle waren super freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr Sauber, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zuhause.
Die Unterkunft war an einer sehr sehr guten Location man kam innerhalb 2 Minuten zum Taksim-Platz und Istikal-Caddesi. Die beste Einkaufsstrasse.
Das Frühstück war jeden morgen vorbereitet und es war sehr gut. 10 Sekunden vom Hotel befindet sich auch ein Shop der alles was man braucht hat, für einen Late Night Snack, perfekt.
Die Rezeption war durchgehend besetzt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns auch tipps gegeben wo wir gehen können und was gute Orte sind zum anschauen.
Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehle der Preisleistungs verhältnis etwas gutes erwartet und ein Hotel an einem guten Spot haben möchte.

Beautiful welcome by the staff ❤️ Lots of helpful information about tours and the area and transportation, and a welcome drink also ❤️

Faulty shower was quickly attended to for an interim fix with a permanent fix scheduled for the following day.

The ONLY downside was the window which I think might need sealing redone to eliminate noise.

Kettle, coffee and water provided. Slippers also.

Lots of different lights for the room which is nice for ambience and winding down.

From 4 star to 5 star. The best service of my entire Europe trip! This place went above and beyond with their service and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. They also assisted with organising a birthday cake for me on my special day, what a touching and beautiful surprise 🥹

İstanbul'un taksim merkezinde olan ve gittiğimizde hizmet kalitesine ve patronun ilgisine çok şaşırdığımz mükemmel bir otel her türlü her koşulda yardımcı oluyorlar. cok temiz ve ilgi alaka çok güzel. patronu çok özel bir işletmeci sıcakkanlı ve isini cok seviyor saygılar sevgiler

I would like to say overall our stay here was pleasant. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, and was the perfect place to stay in the city of Istanbul. Taksim and istiklal avenue are just round the corner. And the cleanliness at the hotel is great, with the cleaners working very hard. We particularly rate the great customer service. We would like to give a special thanks to Yalcin, Ahmet and Abdullah, they really go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your stay. I would say the only negatives are that the room itself was falling apart. The shower door was stuck and would not close, the maintenance man was not even able to move it. One of the cupboards was also not mounted well to the wall and would fall forward everytime its open. And lastly, the safe in the room was faulty and took three times to be fixed. But other than these inconveniences, i would still recommend others to stay here.

Great location super close to Taksim, brand new hotel and best service (kindness of staff, super helpful and great tips) and hospitality I’ve had in whole Turkiye!
