Very comfortable and amazing location.
Pros:

Great facilities, location, breakfast with a looot of options, very kind staff. Mr Enes at reception helped me a lot.
There is a pharmacy, market and lots of options to eat around the hotel.

Cons:

Communication was a bit tough if you don't speak Turkish, there was only few people who spoke english, there was a lot of things at breakfast could have better explanation for foreigners to know what is the food.

Pros:

Marvellous accomdation in Ortakoy with a stunning sight on Bosphorus bridge and very near to Ortakoy mosque. Beautiful rooms and great attention to the customer.
A special thanksgiving to Gorkem and Enes, that have been very willing to make my stay at its best. Absolutely advised.

Perfect stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The Hotel is located in best place possible in Istanbul , close to everything and lovely area. The staff were so kind and accommodating and they went out of their way to make things perfect for our trip from booking restaurants and bars outside hotel or anything else inside our own hotel, rooms lovely and clean and beautiful bathrooms.
A special thanks to Bell Gorkem in reception for helping us during our stay and thanks to the hospitality of this Hotel we will definitely come back.

اقامة ممتعة ومريحه
Pros:

نظافة الفندق، وتعامل الموظفين جميعا من الاستقبال الى الموظف الي ينقل الامتعة كلهم تعاملهم جيد واي شي نسأل عنه يقدمون المساعدة برحابة يشكرون عليها..
مكان حيوي يوجد مطاعم وكل ماتحتاجه قريب منك.

Cons:

فقط توزيع التكيف بالغرفة الي اخذتها وقت النوم حر شوي ولكن بمكان اخر بالغرفة يعتبر بارد
النقطة الثانية حجزي كان غرفة مطلة عالمدينة بعد استلام الغرفة وجدتها تطل على جدار طبعا هذا الشي ماعجبني ولكن تجاوبو بسرعة وغيرو الغرفة الى اخرى تطابق حجزي.
الي يعيب الفندق زحمة السيارات بالشارع الي يوجد به الفندق خاصة بالليل الوصول اليه بالليل يعتبر شارع مزدحم
ولكن بالنسبة لي ارجع اسكن فيه مره اخرى ولكن للبعض يمكن يهمه هالنقطة.

It was great for a short break to meet up with friends.
Pros:

Rooms were modern and comfortable

Cons:

You have to get an access code from reception to use the reception bathrooms. No pool is also a disadvantage. Water temperature for the shower also needs to be hotter and also remain at a constant temperature instead of fluctuating.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff is superb - very helpful and high hospitality. Special mention for concierge Semih, reception desk Enes, Gorkhan and Ugur and 1 more (can't remember his name)
Overall excellent experience.

More interconnecting rooms.
