A luxurious stay away from the bustle of the city
Pros:

The hotel was a beautiful escape from the hustle of Istanbul. It was well designed with everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable and felt truly luxurious. A special thanks to all of the staff from the front desk, concierge, valet and housekeeping.

Fantastic stay – exceptional service and perfect location

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy Bosphorus By IHG and honestly couldn’t fault it.

The rooms are outstanding – modern, spotless, and feel brand new. Everything was finished to a really high standard and it made the whole stay feel comfortable and luxurious.

What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the concierge team was incredibly helpful – easily the most attentive I’ve experienced. They arranged taxis whenever we needed them and helped book restaurants, always happy to assist with anything. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

The location is also excellent. You’re right in Ortaköy with everything within easy reach, making it a perfect base to explore Istanbul. Many attractions, restaurants, and the Bosphorus are all nearby, which is something many guests consistently praise about the hotel .

Overall, a fantastic stay with amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and a brilliant location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Otele varıştan bir gün önce gelen ve bir isteğimin olup olmadığını soran çok nazik mail başta olmak üzere, resepsiyonda karşılama ve checkin esnasındaki işlemlerin hızı kısa bir bekleme nedeniyle bir kahve ikramı güler yüzleri, valizlerimin odama yardımından checkout esnasındaki yine valizlerin çok kibar bir şekilde emanete alınmasından uğurlanmama kadar çok memnun ediciydi.
Ayrıca odamın konumu sessizliği manzarası odanın dizaynı genişliği temizliği ferahlığı aydınlatma sistemi özellikle yastıkların rahatlığı aircondition sistemi banyo temizliği ekipmanların kalitesi harikulade. Yine ayrıca girişteki gerek Cafer Erol gerekse Nero Cafe kalitesi dostlarımın ağırlanmasındaki memnuniyetleri ve son olarak otelin konumu seyahatimin harikulade geçmesinde ve güzel anılarla ayrılmamda etkili olmuştur.

Cons:

Zor bir misafirimdir. Ancak en ufak bir kusurdan bahsetmek emeği geçenlere haksızlık olacaktır.

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay and good location to get around, this is the place.
Pros:

In between old town and Etiler/Bebek. Ortakuy has some decent little spots as well. Also the rooftop bar is great with an incredible view - surprised it isn’t more popular.
