Розташування чудове, близько до зупинки і центру. Кімната велика, вид з вікна чудовий. Є кухня.

Cons:

При наявності кухні не було достатньої кількості посуду, на двох людей лише одна чашка. Також не було найпростішого солі і олії. Звукоізоляція жахлива.
