We had a mostly pleasant stay at the hotel. Additionally, Yusuf Bey personally took us to the bus station after our stay since we were unfamiliar with the city and didn’t know where to find transportation. Overall, we appreciated their prompt service and the owner's kindness.

Cons:

However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom — there was no hot water in the shower, and water wasn’t flowing from the hose. Fortunately, the hotel staff and the owner, Yusuf Bey, responded quickly and efficiently, promptly fixing the problem and installing a new shower.

الدخول للفندق عبارة عن بدروم سيارت تحت الارض
ثم تصعد إلى الطابق السابع لتجد مكتب صغير هذا هو اللوبي... وتعبنا كثيرا إلى أن وجدنا مدخل البدروم حيث هو الطريق الوحيد لما يسمى فندق
وهي حقيقة عبارة عن أدوار مستأجرة
وسكنا في الطابق - 1
الغرفة لا يوجد بها تهوية تماما
التكيف سيئ

الحاصل الأفضل توضيح ذلك للعميل قبل الاستأجار حيث أن الصور فيها تضليل وبعيدة كل البعد عن الحقيقة
