Hotel was perfect size so staff knew all the
guests. Room was lovely and very clean.
Incredible breakfast with lots of choices.
Temperature in room was always comfortable.
Shout out to Mustapha who went above and
beyond, but everyone was wonderful!

Staff were fantastic and always got best Taxi Service. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast buffet and service 100%. Would recommend to anyone going to Istanbul 👍👍👍

Liked the room, excellent breakfast. We had paid for the accommodation before we checked in. One night before we were scheduled to leave we settled other bills: drinks, juice. On the day of check out as we were getting into the taxi, a staff member said we had not paid for accommodation. I provided my visa statement showing we had paid. The counter staff wanted to see the receipt as their system was not showing this. I had to take out my suitcase, locate the receipt & show it before we were permitted to leave. We had to pay extra waiting charges for the taxi. Very bad experience. Received no apologies.

Our room was not properly maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, towels were torn, bed sheets were dirty and stained. While this hotel boasts an excellent location, it is definitely not worth more than 2 stars, given its (lack of) cleanliness.

We arrived early to the hotel, and the stafff kindly arranged a room for us by 11am! All staff were attentive and very friendly. What stood out for us was the massage and hamam experience, the therapist Jale Öz was fantastic, my husband and I enjoyed a private experience which was lovely. The rooms are clean and breakfast on the top floor was also lovely. It’s a short walk from the metro, but be prepared to use your leg muscles as it’s a bit off a walk, especially if you’ve spent the day out. Overall would defo recommend. For the price you pay it’s exceptional.
