Well equipped, spacious apartment with breath taking views and excellent location.
Pros:

Very neat and clean. Had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Close proximity to shops and city centre. Breath taking view of Marina on your private balcony. Host, Feruzan was amazing. Always willing to help and will respond immediately if you need to know anything about the apartment and the surrounding area. Fast WiFi and aircon throughout

Stunning view from stylish apartment
Pros:

Wonderful apartment with stylish interior, amazing view (we had top floor) and very comfy beds. Nice beach clubs near by. Would love to come back. Very quick and helpful staff.

Disappointing stay after refusing to refund after my brother died.
Pros:

Beds and towels comfy and the host was nice to deal with that’s about it. She let us have the top floor sea view apartment to compensate the sad time but we had to leave it after 1 day and go to a worse room than we had booked in the first place.

All in all felt forced to go on a disappointing holiday 2 days after my brothers funeral or loose the money. Paid £200 more for a worse room.

Cons:

Unsure why this apartment has 5* reviews, it’s a 3 star MAX. Booked this a while ago, but my brother sadly passed away a week before we were due to go. I requested to cancel through booking.com and directly with Gizz suites so I could receive a refund as I was in no head space to be on holiday. Gizz suites did not accept the cancellation even though I could have provided the death certificate.
The only alternative I was given was that I had to change my dates or loose the money. We ended up paying £200 extra on top do what we had paid already for a worse room (basement apartment)
Anyway, after not wanting to be on holiday we tried to make the most of it, we arrived at the gizz suites, I noticed that people say it’s a short walk to the town, which in a sense is true (30 mins hilly) but it’s out of the way of EVERYTHING. You need a car to get around. If you’re on the bottom floor you are woken by footsteps above. The apartment itself is very tired looking, everything was hanging off the wall or hinges, dirty mop left in the bathroom, the bathroom and kitchen felt dirty because it was so stained. I bought bleach and spray from the shop to give it a clean. My socks were dirty from a day of being inside the apartment. The pool was unusable because it was dirty. The kettle was full of limescale and dirt, I requested a new one but got given a broken one, we couldn’t make a tea or coffee for 5 days. They gave me the limescale kettle back and a bottle of wine as compensation as if that would be fine to not have a hot drink for our stay. We had 3 powercuts while we we here which is the apartments fault but still not nice when trying to relax after a traumatic bereavement. The WiFi was down for hours and we had to pay for data packages on our phone.
The host who was our contact was very nice, helpful and apologetic. But with that I would not stay here again, we wished we just booked a hotel for the price and we Would not recommend to anyone to stay here. We almost went home

Pros:

Шикарные апартаменты, можете бронировать не сомневаясь. Просторно, чисто, уютно. Милый балкончик, где мы завтракали по утрам. Имеется вся необходимая посуда, посудомойка и все средства. Находится на склоне, удобнее на машине. Feruzan помогала во всем, рекомендовала и бронировала для нас места в ресторанах. Супер апартаменты!!!

Super Wohnung, nette Gastgeber, super Blick auf die Bucht, alles wirklich mehr als gut

Super bequeme Betten, super Blick auf das Meer, tolle Ausstattung, Klimaanlage arbeitet tadellos, Toaster,Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine vorhanden.Auch Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

keine Mülltonnen vorhanden, wir wussten nicht wirklich wie der Müll zu entsorgen war.Der Ablauf in einem Badezimmer war verstopft, wir haben das bei der Abreise mitgeteilt.
Zu Fuß ca 20 bis 25 in die Innenstadt.
Hier und da kommt ein wenig Putz von der Wand.
Die Waschmaschine ist eingelassen im Badezimmer und wird mit einer Holztür "abgedeckt" - diese Zierholztür schließt nicht.

Manzara harika!
Pros:

Konaklama çok temizdi, ferah ve genişti, ayrıca balkondan denize harika bir manzara vardı. Şehre yürüyerek on dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakın çevrede çok lezzetli restoranlar bulunuyordu. Özellikle bize her konuda yardımcı olan ve bizimle çok ilgilenen Feruzan Hanım’ı övmek isterim. Kendisi bize Hilmi Restaurantı tavsiye etti; orada yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve aynı zamanda çok güzel bir manzaranın keyfini çıkarabildik. Tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık, çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Feruzan hanima büyük teşekkürler!!!

Nemden dolayı yer yer küçük böcekler vardı, fakat çok fazla değildi.
