Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und unser Zimmer war, wie auch letztes Jahr, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist modern. Die Lage ist Top, keine Minute von der Promenade entfernt. Es stehen auch Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Leider kann man diese nicht reservieren oder buchen. Deshalb gilt, wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst. Das Personal ist (bis auf eine Ausnahme) sehr freundlich.

Nettes, neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. War sauber und ordentlich, Betten bequem, Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf Meer, Auswahl nicht so groß aber ausreichend. Würden wieder kommen.

Pros:

The service was amazing! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a great area. I really enjoyed my stay there & highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Samsun.

Was ok, but you can do better.
Pros:

Location is good, rooms are ok, reasonably clean.

Cons:

Bed linen is lacking, no quilt or cover provided, just a sheet. Staff love to play the “no english” card when they can’t be bothered answering your question. Specifically Mr. Gokhan, who suddenly speaks amazing English when you call him out on his nonsense. The rest of the staff were helpful.

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Clean and confortable

Cons:

-Restaurant, one of the waiters was rude.
-Spa facilities only open for the time book so sauna and hamman were not hot. Massage not available and had to go somewhere else.
- Staff didn’t try to communicate with me as non Turkish
- Guests Wifi only works for Turkish nationals as need national ID so I had to be logged into staff wifi
-Next to a bar with live music. Was very noisy until midnight.

The location was really good. We were in Samsun from the UK to visit Turkish friends, so the location suited us

Cons:

All though the breakfast was nice, it was Turkish breakfast and served on one plate, personal selection would be better .
