这家洞穴酒店的地理位置非常便捷，在到处都需要爬坡的格雷梅小镇竟然不怎么用爬坡，很方便！我们与酒店员工的沟通也非常愉快，他们非常热情地欢迎了我们，并且在我临时订接机服务的时候给予了快速有效的响应。入住后，又为我们详细地介绍了游览项目，非常感谢工作人员！以及，酒店的景观特别漂亮，在晚上的时候可以于高处俯瞰格雷梅夜景；房间内部空间大，且很通风～总之，如果有机会再来卡帕，我依然会选择这家酒店。

Romantic, stunning Cave bedroom in the heart of Cappadocia!
Pros:

We loved this Cave Hotel. It was our second visit to Göreme and we had the best time.
The hotel is conveniently situated very close to town and all the restaurants.
The hotel's restaurant is super.
Staff friendly and helpful.
It was our wedding a anniversary and the staff decorated our beautiful bedroom with rose petals and balloons.
So kind!

Cons:

We would have liked a terrace decorated with Persian carpets and cushions like most of those Cave Hotels have on their premises.
Maybe management can create something like that....?

Would definitely recommend and come back! Rooms were clean and staff was very kind.
Pros:

Very adorable and nice rooms! Close to the main street.

Cons:

Perhaps the beds / mattresses were a little too soft, and there was a bit of a mix up with one of the rooms.

1.是一間漂亮的cave hotel，超級可愛！
2.員工真的超級友善、熱情100%❤️有員工精通日文，所以這裡有好多日本旅客居住。
3.樓上有配合Tuma restaurant 會供應早餐，土耳其早餐超級豐盛。其他午餐、晚餐時段去吃會有優惠，而且食物好吃，解救了又冷又餓的我，方便可以吃到美食🥹
4.最後退房還送了我們超可愛的hotel magnet，雖然入住期間Cappadocia的天氣不好，但是整體體驗感受很好，非常難忘的回憶，希望hotel生意興隆！！

小小建議Hotel會幫忙預訂一些體驗活動（例如hot air balloon），希望未來可以事先告知只能支付現金，畢竟是好大一筆金額，當時沒有那麼多現金，只能緊急打給銀行預借現金😵

Awesome stay, will definitely stay here again if I come back to Cappadocia

The location was amazing, the views from the balcony were great. Great cave room for a different experience

Cons:

Mosque speaker almost outside our window which went of around 9pm (if your having an early night for next morning balloon flight) and again just after 4am

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

We stayed in a triple room that was really nice. Spacious, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Room was clean and in good order. View of balloons at sunrise on the terrace was excellent! Big and very good breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and friendly. With our early morning departure, they prepared sandwiches for us to take. It was a great stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La chambre troglodyte était magnifique et nous avons même eu la surprise d’avoir un jacuzzi. Le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant étaient excellents, et le staff adorable nous a aidés pour tout. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner à emporter le dernier jour.

On recommande à 100 %, c’est pour nous le meilleur hôtel de Cappadoce !
