Otel çok temiz, güzel ve keyifli bir atmosfere sahip. Ancak konaklamamızı gerçekten özel kılan en önemli unsur, çalışanların olağanüstü güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel hizmetiydi.

Özellikle Manison Restaurant ve Ana Restoran’dan BÜNYAMİN’i mutlaka özel olarak belirtmek istiyoruz. Kendisi sıcak, ilgili, motive ve son derece profesyonel yaklaşımıyla tatilimizi gerçekten güzelleştirdi. Pulito e con molte cucine internazionali (speriamo la qualora rimanga tale o migliori, uno dei punti molto forti di questo resort )
Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile
La parte +16 pensato molto bene
Silenzioso anche in piscina senza musica proprio per rilassarsi
Anche a cena ai ha una sezione separata da notare!

Per prenotare a la cartè non ci siamo riusciti
Abbiamo provato tre volte ed era sempre occupato subito.
Apre le prenotazioni tra le 10-14
Avendo provato anche alle 10.08/10.10 circa in tutti ma tutti sempre occupato e non siamo

In più dovrebbero comunicare all’ingresso per informazione e orientamento , che certe opzioni sono privilegiate per le ville.
Includendo una parte della spiaggia e ristorante pomeriggio prenotabile ecc ecc

Хороший отель, вернемся, несмотря на отдельные недостатки
Pros:

1. Новый отель, никаких признаков "усталости". Номера (мы делали платный апгрейд до свим-ап) удобные: просторная терраса, отдельная гардеробная, хорошие фен и выпрямитель волос 2. Хорошая и своевренная уборка номеров 3. Море чистое. Пляж хорошо обслуживается: полотенца в наличии всегда, свободные лежаки всегда можно найти, напитки из бара приносят быстро. 4. Понравились пляжные кабаны. 5. Еда на ужин в целом хорошая в ресторане Mansion, итальянском и тематические буфеты высокой кухни, рыбный и турецкий.

Cons:

1. Еда в рыбном ресторане - ничего особенного, в азиатском - невкусная, а на шведском столе малое разнообразие пахлавы. В ресторан Кара попасть не удалось ни разу за неделю. 2. Завтрак в основном ресторане начинается в 7.00, но в 7.20 еще нельзя поличить омлет и блинчики - станции не работают.
3. Сервису отеля еще далеко до 5 звезд. Долго заселяли, хотя мы приехали после 15.00. Официанты в ресторанах (за редким приятным исключением) старательные, но небыстрые и путают заказы. Но больше всего нас расстроил выезд. Нам нужен был поздний чек-аут. Никаких бесплатных опций (номер на час, возможность переодеться в спа и т.п.) отель не предлагает. За доп.плату 50 евро в час наш номер нам оставить не удалось (несмотря на то, что номера этой категории были доступны для бронирования), нам предоставили номер для инвалидов, не предупредив об этой особенности. Однако такой номер для гостей без ограничений неудобен. 4. Полагаем, что отелю следует еще раз пересмотреть размещение зон пляжей. Сначала "обделены" были семьи с детьми, сейчас же взрослым гостям достался маленький кусок пляжа, у границы территории отеля. Взрослую и детскую часть на пляже санрайз нужно поменять местами, т.к. для детей еще есть пляж сансет.

we loved every part of our stay
Pros:

hotel is spaceous and as such it doesn’t feel crowded. staff is amazing they are proactive and helpful. hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. food is amazing and a different culinary every day. restaurants are great. overall an amazing experience.

Cons:

it can be tricky to book a seat in restaurants but guest relations are amazing to arrange when requested.

Excellent Holiday
Pros:

It was our dreamy holiday which eats, drinks, swims and the rest in the hotel all day :) The hotel was so busy but the hotel's area is so huge. 16+ adults and family area is so clear, even for breakfast/lunch/dinner time or swimming (the sea and the pool). They all split the area which was so positive way. i.e 16+ Adult pool doesn't have any music. If you wanna listen it loudly or join the activities, they have main pool to do. There are lots of activities every day. They have regular programme shows every night. Since the 1st day you arrive, you feel your privilege. It's deffo recommended hotel and holiday. Hope to see you soon again guys. Thanks for everything.

Cons:

Overall I can say that everything is perfect. However, I might add that the bartenders have own mixed coctails that's why there's no standard. This isn't big deal of course, but you might need to keep low your expectation of coctails.

A great addition to Barut Collection but still need some improvement.
Pros:

General facilities are great, kids club and pool areas lovely to enjoy as a family. It doesn’t feel crowded same as some other resorts despite its peak season.
Kara À la Cart restaurant is very good. I think it is our favourite restaurant in there.

Cons:

Sleep quality. Mattress is not firm, sinking in. If you have issues, it is not comfy to sleep on. Room doors are not well insulated. There was a lot noise from corridor over the night, woke me up 3 days.

Patisserie and Desserts are average, you expect better quality for such 5 stars hotel.

Service quality was much lower than our previous stay. It was quite hard to get waiters attention in main restaurant. Sometimes they forget your orders.

The staff generally great at problem solving as reactive response.
However, you expect more proactive thinking at this level. Since this was our 4th stay with Barut Hotels, second on this property. I’d expect from them to keep guest preferences records, provide child amenities in rooms.

Mükemmel hizmet, lezzetli yemekler ve harika personel; fakat ürün takibinde yetersiz sorumluluk!
Pros:

​Otelin genel hizmet kalitesi, imkanları ve personel yaklaşımı gerçekten 10 numaraydı. Yemekler son derece kaliteli, lezzetli ve çeşit olarak gayet yeterliydi. Tüm personel her alanda son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Oğlumun doğum günü için odaya özel doğum günü pastası göndermeleri bizi çok mutlu eden çok ince bir jestti. Özellikle Community Pool Bar’da Nihat ve Ömer’e mükemmel kokteylleri ve samimi ilgileri için özel olarak teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Yaşadığımız tek ve en büyük sıkıntı; otel içerisindeki mağazadan satın aldığımız deniz şortunun aquapark/kaydırak kullanımı sırasında zedelenip yırtılması ve kusurlu duruma gelmesi oldu. Doğrudan otel bünyesinden alınan bir ürün ve tesis içi kullanım olmasına rağmen otel yönetiminin bu konuda hiç sorumluluk almaması ve konuyu çözümsüz bırakması böyle yüksek standartlı bir otele hiç yakışmadı.

Pros:

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute war einfach alles perfekt. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage ist beeindruckend, das Essen hervorragend und der Service auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

How helpful and friendly the staff are from checking in to leaving. The variety and freshness of food. The quality of the food, rooms and facilities and also the all day activities, from keeping fit to entertaining the kids. Waterpark variety of both kids and adult rides, the fairground. Everything:)

Cons:

No pharmacy on site but they did help us if we needed anything but outsourced.

It changed my vision for all inclusive hotels.
Pros:

Everything is very well thought. Everything is designed in detail. Kids loved it. We both enjoyed our time with them and enjoyed our free time in +16 areas or sport areas while they were running to the kids club. This is a place generated by excellent service in the heart. Thank you very much!

Cons:

Children sized toilets are missing :( In an hotel that much family centered, we really looked for them.
