À chegada verificámos que o colchão tinha um buraco. Como já era tarde, optámos por pedir no dia seguinte que fosse trocado. Foram bastante prestáveis e disseram de imediato que iriam resolver a situação, reforçando que a receção funciona 24h para evitar qualquer problema com pedidos.
No entanto, ao regressarmos ao quarto voltámos a notar o buraco no colchão e solicitámos novamente a troca. O funcionário da receção informou que iria tratar do assunto enquanto íamos jantar. Quando regressámos, confirmámos que o colchão não tinha sido mudado e fomos informados de que a troca ainda iria demorar. Já era tarde e queríamos descansar.
No dia seguinte, voltámos a expor a situação. Como já era a nossa última noite, acabaram por nos mudar de quarto. Acabámos por perceber que, nas tentativas anteriores, apenas tinham alterado a posição do colchão em vez de o substituir.

Die Lage des Hotels war in einem Stadtviertel, wo man sich unwohl gefühlt hat, vor allem als Frau. Alleine der Weg dahin war sehr gruselig und erschreckend. Ich als Frau muss deshalb diesen Kommentar hier reinschreiben. Sonst kann ich das nicht über mein Gewissen bringen!
Das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben war im Keller und hatte demzufolge kein Hotel Vibe, nicht besonders hygienisch.
Schon nach kurzer Zeit haben meine Freundin und ich beschlossen das Hotel zu verlassen und haben uns was neues rausgesucht. Demzufolge wollte das Hotelpersonal uns plötzlich doch ein Zimmer im oberen Geschoss anbieten. Dennoch hörten wir auf unser Bauchgefühl und verließen mit großer Enttäuschung das Hotel.

Location

The hotel is located in a very busy area, right next to a main road. The traffic is heavy, so you can constantly hear cars passing by. The walls in the rooms are as thin as a curtain, so you can hear absolutely everything from other guests. The room next to us seemed to be having a party — the music was extremely loud, and the receptionist did nothing until I went there in person. In the morning, he didn’t even greet us, perhaps because we had complained about not being able to sleep.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day. The only positive thing was the breakfast waiter.

The hotel is very far from everything. Both the bus stop and the metro station are quite a long walk away. To get there, you really need to be in good physical condition, as it’s uphill the whole way. This part of Istanbul also looks a bit unsafe. Even a taxi driver warned us to be careful. The neighborhood appears quite poor.

Housekeeping did not change the towels; they simply folded the same wet ones we had hung up.

I travel a lot and I am not picky at all, but I definitely do not recommend this hotel. I see no reason to recommend it.

La zona es bastante concurrida y puede ser ruidosa en algunos momentos. Las calles son algo empinadas, lo que puede ser incómodo con equipaje. El desayuno es sencillo, no muy variado
