Pros:

Nette en hygiënische kamer! Alles was goed verzorgd en schoon bij aankomst.

De medewerkers waren heel respectvol, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte.

Pros:

hôtel très bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Notre chambre était nettoyée tous les jours. Le personnel était très gentil particulièrement Yasin et Burak je recommande à 100 %.

Geweldig, ik kom zeker terug.
Pros:

Ze wachten met het schoonmaken van je kamer tot jij toestemming geeft. En de kamer is voorzien van de nieuwste snufjes. Ahmet & Yasin waren erg behulpzaam!

非常好！！
Pros:

1.位置特好，去老欧洲区的景点几乎都可以步行前往，比较近。2.工作人员态度都非常好，非常有礼貌，前台白班和夜班的小哥人都很好，经理人也很好。3.比较干净，客房卫生做得很好 4.周边吃饭的地方很多，但是有些价格非常刺客！国人注意一下，到处走走其实会有价格还不错的饭馆，但毕竟是在伊斯坦布尔老城区。

Cons:

酒店门口就是地上铁，我是个对声音挺敏感的人，但是我们每天很累，其实也不会太影响，我常年戴耳塞睡觉，所以也是戴降噪耳机睡的。

الموقع الخصوصية في الغرف. الأمان التام وقريب من كل شئ في سيركجي موظفين الاستقبال كان لهم دور كبير جدا في رفع مستوي تقيم المكان حيث الادب والترحيب وبشاشة الوجة اذكر ياسين إذا ماخاب ظني وبالإجمال موظفين الاستقبال محترفين جدا الشكر الجزيل

Great hotel, excellent staff. Will book again
Pros:

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from a tramway station, and from there you can easily move everywhere within Istanbul. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I accidentally booked a twin bed room and and was able to change it without any additional cost. The room was good, zero issue with noise. I'll book this hotel again for my next trip to Istanbul.

Cons:

If you intend to use the scale in the lobby before going to the airport: be careful. It didn't account for 4kg in my bag. I noticed the error at the airport when giving my bag (maybe I used the scale wrong, not sure).

Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda per visitare tutta la città sia a piedi che mediante tram e metro, con le fermate raggiungibili in 2 minuti di camminata. La camera è molto pulita e i letti comodissimi. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera non è molto spaziosa ma c'è comunque posto per tutto.

Great place/location, great people/staff.
Pros:

Amazing Location, near trams and most of the other public transportation using IstanbulCard which makes moving around more accessible and cheap.

The staff is very welcoming always and very respectful. Especially Yasin and all other colleagues of his at the desk.

Cons:

The rooms are bit small, making it a bit difficult to move around. Especially the front of the bed area.
