Great central location, nice staff, noisy
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very central area of Istanbul which allows you to reach different sides of the city and areas of interests very easily thanks to the easy access to different public transportation means. The most touristic area where the Blue Mosque, Palace and Hagia Sophia are located, can easily be reached on foot, same as the ferries terminal which allows you to cross over to the asian side or to board a cruise on the Bosphorus. All around the hotel you'll find restaurants, cafès, bakeries and shops.

The room is nice and clean, size is good, charging outlets on each nightstand. There is a mini fridge and every day complimentary water is provided. The bathroom has a nice big shower; shampoo, bodywash and slippers are provided.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We really appreciated it :)

At the lobby there is tea for the guests and a scale to weight your luggage.

From IST airport, you can reach the hotel by bus (stops about 5 minutes from the hotel, close to the ferries terminal), by metro/train (again, 3 - 5 minutes away) or the hotel can arrange a car for you (around 60 euros).

Cons:

It's noisy. There is no sugarcoating it. The hotel is very central, some rooms face the main street where trams literally run under the windows. The street in front is narrow, just enough for the tram to pass so if people are walking close to the tracks, the trams will honk until everyone moves. This goes on till midnight and re-starts around 6am (mornings are not too noisy the worse is in the late evening). Our room was facing this street and was on the first floor so it was incredibly noisy. Depending on the type of sleeper you are, I recommend to bring some ear plugs or to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel (which might be better? I cannot say that with certainty). This is the only downside and it's worth mention it. If you struggle to sleep with noise, this is probably not for you. I have to admit I didn't have the best sleep while there.

I like the location. Very near to two tram stations, only need a min or two walk.The front desk staffs are all helpful. Helped me call my pickup.

If you are a light sleeper, you might find it noisy. Wear your ear plugs.

The location is excellent.
The furniture and furnishings are new and clean.
The bathroom is new and clean, with excellent water pressure.
The bed is comfortable.
There are no unpleasant odors.
The hotel is small—like most in the area—which made it feel safer and more comfortable.
The staff are wonderful, respectful, and eager to meet all your needs; I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Aslan for their welcoming smiles and excellent demeanor—they are friendly and very helpful.

Pros:

Posizione comoda in Sultanahmed a 100 mt dalla fermata del Tram. Lo staff dell'hotel davvero cordiale e disponibile e le stanze sono discrete

Cons:

C'è poco da migliorare, lo spazio delle camere è davvero risicato ma si potrebbero sicuramente migliorare gli infissi poiché la chiusura non era totale e lasciavano passare qualsiasi rumore dalla strada (nonostante fossimo al 4° piano)
