Pros:

Oteli genel olarak çok beğendim. Atmosferi temizliği çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi. Sadece kasım ayının son günlerinde konakladık ve çok üşüdüm kapının altının ve üstünün tamamen kapatılması gerekli diye düşünüyorum. Belki de ben çok üşüyen biri olduğum için fazla dert ettim o da olabilir :)

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi standart odasında kaldık çok vakit geçiremedik otelde ama keşke iki gün kalsaymısız çok rahat bir otel otoparkı var konumu yürüyerek balıklıgöle 10 15 dk sabah kahvaltısı iyidi kendimi iyi hissederek ayrıldım

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Service und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe vom Hotel.

Somewhat disappointing, need to enhance guests' experience
Pros:

Pleasant room, bathroom and excellent location. They guys attending the guests were fun and helpful.

Cons:

Little things could be given more attention:
water could be provided free in the room
coffee could be offered at breakfast, is there a need to charge?
the teabags in the room had no tea and there were no coffee sachets
organising dinner at the hotel restaurant needed some planning
it seemed that we needed to ask to have the room cleaned
maybe teething issues as hotel has not been open for too long.
