Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kate hotel. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Free bottled water is available and the late restaurants offers 20 percent discount for its guests which was awesome because the restaurant is really good. The location is perfect as all attractions are at a walking distance. Also the hotel staff helped us with airport transfers and recommendations. Highly recommended

We had a room on the ground floor and we were woken in the early hours of the morning by cleaners in the room next door taking to one another loudly, moving furniture and vacuuming. The room looked clean from a far but there was mould in the shower and the sheets were stained.

Posizione: a pochi passi dai principali siti storici della città. Bello lo stile delle camere, moderno. Personale cordiale.

Cons:

Evidenti problemi elettrici: ogni giorno avevamo un problema diverso con le luci della stanza che si accendevano anche di notte da sole. Colazione migliorabile.

Perfect location
Pros:

We had a great stay at Kate Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and has nice design of the rooms, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The shower could be improved. The corners looked a bit black, and some water leaked from the bathroom into the room during the shower.

3. Breakfast variety and quality, specially live counter for crepe and eggs.
4. Hotel restaurants offer competitive prices and food.

Cons:

1. Gym Paid, 600 Lira per day ~ 11 Euros + No swimming pool, not a surprise still 4* hotel without any of these two features keeps you longing for more..

Buen hotel relación calidad-precio y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado para ir andando a visitar los puntos más emblemáticos de la ciudad y muy cerca de transporte público (muy útil el tranvía).
Wifi rápido.
Camas cómodas y habitación amplia.
Buen desayuno.
Personal muy amable, incluso nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora de check-in a la habitación.c

Cons:

Los embellecedores de los enchufes estaban la mayoría sueltos, y varias veces se caían al suelo.
El restaurante que tienen lo probamos una noche para cenar pero no repetimos...comida nada especial que puedas encontrar en cualquier otro sitio incluso a menor precio.
