Super!
Pros:

Kleines Hotel mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Nettes Personal und kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Strand.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Ablagefläche sonst alles super.

Mükemmel bir yer. Odamız çok rahattı. Manzara muhteşem. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Her şey harikaydı. Beyefendi çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardım sever. Muhakkak tekrar burada kalacağım.

Alles in allem gerne wieder.
Pros:

Einfaches, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war recht klein, hatte aber ein gutes Bett, einen Balkon und Meerblick. Das Bad war ebenfalls klein, aber alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns auch etwas früher als normalerweise ein sehr gutes Frühstück zubereitet haben.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Küstenstrasse und ist daher recht laut. Dafür ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß entlang der Küste in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Very comfortable hotel, convenient for ferry
Pros:

We love this hotel and go there frequently. We will be back early next year. Very convenient for the ferry port, lovely, friendly family and the breakfast is superb.

It was a great place to stay in Ayvalık. There was an incredible sea view as well as breakfast. The staff was also very helpful.

Хотелчето е с добра локация и хубава панорама.
Pros:

Хотелът се намира в края на централната част на града, на 15 мин. пеша от крепостта, на самата главна улица, с изглед към морето.
Има места за паркиране.Домакинът беше много сърдечен, макар че говореше само турски , използвахме гугъл преводач в комуникацията.

Cons:

Стаята ни беше малка и макар да бяхме затворили прозорците се чуваше шум от трафика на улицата.
В близост до леглото нямаше нощна лампа за четене.
В банята имаше мухъл по фугите и също нямаше подвижен душ за къпане.

Bella posizione, ma stanza poco pulita.
Pros:

Posizionato fronte mare, facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggio diponibile. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Stanza piccola, con letto matrimoniale appoggiati al muro, chi si alza di notte deve scavalcare il partner. Pulizia scarsa, presenza di polvere su finestre e tendaggi. Evidente presenza di muffa sulle pareti della doccia, soffione doccia otturato con difficoltà a lavarsi, tavoletta wc divelta. Presa elettrica staccata dal muro, bollitore non utilizzabile per mancanza di presa nelle vicinanze. Prezzo eccessivo per quanto ci è stato offerto.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και εύκολη προσβάσιμη ,επάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο !!! Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολυ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός . Ζητήσαμε το πρωινό να μας το σερβίρει νωρίτερα και όντως μας εξυπηρέτησε και με το παραπάνω !!!

Cons:

Απλά επειδή είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο έχει λίγο περισσότερο θόρυβο !!!

Cons:

Цената не си кореспондира въобще с качеството. Спално то бельо беше използвано, стаята все едно, че е от картон - всичко се чува. Не препоръчвам за преходна нощувка!
