Pros:

Остановилась в этом отеле на две недели… и в итоге осталась больше чем на месяц — просто не хотелось уезжать.

Номера даже лучше, чем на фото — современные, уютные, чистые. Кровать очень удобная, спала отлично.

Персонал — отдельная любовь. Очень доброжелательные, тёплые, приятные люди, которые действительно заботятся о гостях. Менеджер Джавид заслуживает отдельного внимания в этой истории :человек, который поможет вам решить любой вопрос (БЕЗ ПРОБЛЕМ )— и это не преувеличение. Всегда рядом, готов помочь, всегда с хорошим настроением.

Локация тоже идеальная:
— буквально в нескольких метрах от отеля можно наслаждаться лучшим видом на закат — каждый вечер как маленький праздник;
— до моря 1 мин;
— вокруг множество магазинов, кафешек, и даже небольшой рыночек в двух минутах ходьбы, где можно купить всё, что нужно туристу;
— шикарная набережная начинается практически от дверей отеля. Очень красивая и длинная линия моря, можно гулять часами

Cons:

Шумоизоляция в отеле не самая сильная. Если вы чувствительны к шуму, лучше заранее сказать об этом менеджеру (хотя он, скорее всего, сам спросит). Чтоб вам подобрали номер, где не будет соседей или где будет максимально тихо. Но этот нюанс совершенно не портит общего впечатления от пребывания — уют, атмосфера и отношение персонала перекрывают все!!!

Pros:

Otel gerçekten harika. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Tüm alanlar tertemiz ve düzenliydi, hijyene çok önem verildiği belli oluyor. Konaklamam boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadım, her şey beklentimin üstündeydi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Sea-front location, fresh modern decor, beach towels, nearby beach, daily cleaning, daily bedding and towel changes.
We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice and many guests were eating.

Cons:

We had a lot of towels but only one hook, another one or two would be great.
I asked about washing machine facilities before arrival but didn’t get an answer, it would be nice have a service wash or self-service facility.

Amazing stay at Turgutreis
Pros:

Amazing location, staff and hotel. Rooms are super comfortable. Smart tv is a big plus. And hotel is right in front of the beautiful beach.
