Pros:

Excellent value for money. Great location, clean rooms, and everything was exactly as expected. We had a pleasant stay with no issues.

Cons:

Considering the price, I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be a faster elevator.

Pros:

Restaurant, Bar und die Lage waren super.
Besondere Grüße an Shefkoch, Shefś vom Restoraunt und Bar. Die ganze Gruppe vom Rezeption waren einfach super nett.
Der Strand hat uns sehr gefallen.
Außerdem haben wir unseren Bekannten diesen Hotel für Urlaub empfohlen.

Cons:

Es wäre gut, wenn man In Zimmern und im Flur alle Teppiche gegen Fliesen ausgetauscht hätten.
Animation hat uns gar nicht gefallen, weil die jeden Tag immer das gleiche Programm gemacht haben. Das war langweilig. Die haben noch ganz alte Musik abgespielt.

This is our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel, and we have had an absolutely fantastic stay this time too! This four-star hotel, with its beautiful garden gem right on the beach, delivered on all levels. On arrival we were met with an incredibly welcoming and professional reception which gave the rest of the holiday a golden touch. The staff in general were consistently engaged and service-oriented, making us feel completely at home. The food was a pure delight – every meal was of a very high standard and the flavours were perfect. The location right on the sea provided a wonderful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a memorable and fantastic holiday experience. We will definitely be back.

Всё отлично!
Pros:

Отдыхаем в этом отеле уже третий год подряд! С нашей точки зрения, это наилучшее соотношение цена-качество. Качественная еда, много фруктов ( кроме стандартного набора яблок и цитрусовых, была клубника, черешня, арбузы). Постоянно работающий снек-бар с пиццей, нагетсами и картошкой фри. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Очень приятно было видеть старых сотрудников на ресепшен, готовых прийти на помощь в решении любого вопроса. В этом году приятно удивила команда аниматоров. Госпожа Nazlı и Cody отрабатывали на 100%. Nazlı с утра собирала детишек в детский клуб и занималась с ними до окончания работы клуба. В этом году мы были уверены, что наши дети под присмотром и заняты интересными делами. Nazlı постоянно придумывала новые игры, поделки и занимала детей с утра до вечера.

Cons:

Мы отдыхали большой семьей и жили в трехместных номерах (2 взрослых + ребенок). Номера были укомплектованы 2 одеяла и два банных + два пляжных полотенца, несмотря на то, что при бронировании указывалось 2+1. Несколько дней после заезда мы проходили один и тот же квест - после обеда мы просили на ресепшен дополнить полотенца по количеству проживающих, после уборки на следующий день лишние полотенца ( а иногда и больше :-)) ) пропадали. Приходилось идти на ресепшен и просить восполнить потери. И так продолжалось несколько дней подряд. Вначале это раздражало, потом было просто смешно. Где администрация в этом году смогла набрать таких мастеров уборки остается загадкой :-)). Но были и исключения - прекрасная уборка, от души.

Dupa toate comentariile negative de pe booking asteptarile erau foarte mici, insa odata ce am ajuns adevarata impresie a fost una foarte pozitiva. Camera ar mai avea nevoie de mici ajustari, dar este dotata cu tot ce e nevoie, avand o dimensiune potrivita, confortabila si cu un peisaj superb frontal catre mare, de unde se vedea apusul minunat. Curatenia, schimbarea asternuturilor si a prosoapelor a fost facuta zilnic si a depasit asteptarile.Pretul prea mic pentru cat a oferit aceasta proprietate. Locatia, plaja, marea limpede, mancarea, vederea din camera catre mare, curatenia, amabilitatea personalului toate peste asteptarile noastre.

Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле уже второй о раз. Все как всегда очень хорошо. Питание было супер - разнообразно и на любой вкус. Анимация на много лучше, чем в прошлом году. Хочется написать про спасателя на пляже - парень и девушка чуть не утонули, но он сработал очень профессионально и оперативно! Мы даже не успели понять что люди тонут а он кинулся в море и вытащил их мгновенно. Вернёмся еще.

Cons:

В конце нашего отдыха приехало очень много людей и чтоб занять лежак приходилось вставать в 5 утра.

Das Zimmer ist uralt, kaputt und absolut dreckig. Die duschen wechselt die Wärme in sekundentakt mit heiß und kalt. Wir haben es nur wegen dem Preis gebucht. Das Essen ist immer kalt und es gibt beim Abend essen nicht viele Variationen. Aber tausend Nachspeisen. Das Frühstück ist alle 2 Tage das gleiche. Das Personal bei der Ramira Bar ist total unfreundlich, reden teilweise nicht und zeigen nur mit dem Finger wohin man muss. Sowas unfreundliches hab ich noch nie gesehen. Kaum Abend Animationen und wenn dann welche sind, sind es alle 2 Tage die gleichen Animationen! So ein dreckiges und schlimmes Hotel habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Klimaanlage sieht dreckig aus. Die Tapeten von der Wand gehen runter. Die Putzfrau kommt teilweise n Tag nicht, wenn man nicht gleich die Türe öffnet wenn man drin ist. Die Lampen hängen schief. Es ist über all Farbe dran - Feuermelder, Lampe, Türrahmen etc. Als wir eingecheckt haben haben war der Türgriff vom Bad locker, sowie die klobrille. Ebenso war das bettlacken und das Bett verschmutzt!!!!
