Pros:

Отдыхали семьей в начале июля, персонал отличный, уборка в номерах была, но не всегда меняли полотенца, подходили на ресепшен с этим вопросом. Номера действительно требуют ремонта, но если вы едете большую часть времени проводить на море, то этот минус практически не заметен. Кухня отличная, всегда можно было найти что-то для себя. Фрукты на постоянной основе. Снек бар тоже молодцы. Работникам кухни и официантам большое спасибо) Пляж чистый, мест на шезлонгах всегда хватало. Пляжные полотенца предоставляет отель.

Cons:

Из минусов… Ужасная анимация. Детская анимация вообще отсутствовала. Девочка аниматор просто ужасный сотрудник, наглая хамка. Половину нашего отпуска аниматоры играли друг с другом в карты. Только после приезда начальства началась какая-то работа. Но это 15 минут вечером. Утром и днем с детьми никто не работал.

Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, расположение, пляж, мистер Гокан на пляже был очень отзывчивый, в целом все сотрудники доброжелательные и внимательные. Обязательно вернемся

Pros:

Das Hotel Ramira Beach hat zwar einige Schwächen in der Ausstattung und Organisation, doch das wird durch den hervorragenden Service weitgehend ausgeglichen. Besonders das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Ein großes Lob geht an den Service Manager Mehmet Bey, der sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmert und bei allen Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig hilft. Dank seiner Professionalität und Menschlichkeit fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben und willkommen.
