pleasant stay
Pros:

Very pleaseant and helpfull manager, Phikret. He gave us some intel and we had pleasant chat. Nice room, bed, clean, there is even an usefull kitchen next to hall.

Cons:

Disclamer : we got a special price for a special room so it worth. Need smth to counter high temperatures (AC or flood terrasse with water, seemed it worked a bit, but need more water than i tried). Opened windows all night and couldn t sleep before 1am bc warm room :( And need to deal with street noise, but quiet enough after midnight. Don t worry, other rooms are better about both inconvenients : it was the cheapest room I found so it s a good trade I guess

Pros:

I really love everything about my stay the staff were so helpful and nice to me they invited me to breakfast every day i really enjoyed staying here

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from Goreme so everytime i wanted to go there i should ho by the taxi

Pros:

Хорошее место расположения, у отеля есть своя терраса на крыше, где есть столы и стулья и шикарный вид. В номере есть отопление. Есть где поставить машину. Персонал отвечает в вотцап, все подскажут и помооут. Спасибо за гостеприимство

Muy recomendable!
Pros:

La habitación está muy bien, el baño muy limpio, calefacción y la ducha perfecta, con agua calentita. Genial relación calidad-precio. La terraza tiene unas vistas maravillosas. Gracias a Fikret y Mehmet por su amabilidad y hospitalidad! Espero volver!

Pros:

Fair price for middle of November.
Good location

Cons:

No space for clothes: no chairs, no table. Only one small and bad nightstand.
It was a little bit cold in November
But the worst part was that the water was cold enough to make it impossible to take a shower.

Great value for the price
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bed. Friendly personnel. Clean. Nice view from terrace floor.

Cons:

As it was mentioned in other feedbacks, in cold time of the year it's quite cold in the room as heating is being run only in the night. Water in shower is also not always hot. Had some issues with Wi-Fi - but they were solved just by router restart.

Pros:

Хороший персонал, помогли отнести сумки на 3 этаж, есть общая кухня, всегда есть кипяток, чай, кофе, общий холодильник, номер обычный, чистый, матрас хороший, но самое классное есть терраса на крыше, где можно позавтракать с видом на Кападокию. В номере отопление, что тоже плюс. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство.
