Disappointing
Pros:

Close to airport, accessible with public transport.
Polite and friendly stuff.

Cons:

I understand that this hotel is cheap and I don’t expect much from such a price. However, basic cleaning and hygiene is necessary. First we got checked in a room with pink slime/mold on the wall just in front of bed. We asked to change a room and it was done without big discussion. However, in the 2nd room we discovered trash in trash bins, toilet with a sign that it has been sanitized, but it looked like a public toilet, far from being sanitized within last few years. Signs of leakage on the sealing (at least without mold). Bed linen also looked suspicious.
Prices for airport transfer and hamam/sauna at e crazy. Better take uber.

Perfect!
Pros:

03/07/2026. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are quick to help with any questions, including a well-organized airport transfer. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The room is clean, the air conditioning works, and the sound insulation is good. They also help with luggage. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended.

Нужно наладить нормальное питание в отеле
Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта. Чистый, новый. Комната на 3-х была достаточно просторная.

Cons:

Вечером по приезду спросили, где можно покушать. Нам посоветовали ресторан в 5-7 мин на машине. Мы воспользовались рекомендацией. Еда оказалась посредственной, маленькие порции. Ценник высокий как для Турции.
На следующий день на рецепшене уточнили, были ли мы в этом ресторане, как он нам и сколько заплатили. Сказали, что собирают отзывы.
Все это было похоже как подсчет своего «бонуса» за то, что они нас отправили в тот ресторан.
Нам не понравилось такое отношение!

В отеле скудный порционный завтрак.
Мужчину вы им не накормите, да и дети остались голодными.

Pros:

В отеле все очень хорошо. Расположение, обстановка, чистота ,завтраки ,трансфер и самое главное, это люди. Спасибо персоналу отеля за заботу и внимание. Буду рекомендовать и буду возвращаться.

It is well located to the airport. If you are open to public transportation, it is well situated.
Pros:

The hotel is open to receive guests at all hours. Their airport pick up service was very good. The room was clean.

Cons:

It was quite a distance from old city Istanbul. The set breakfasts were the same every day. No variety.
