A good place to sleep, breakfast is traditional in these countries. The street is a bit noisy at night, but nothing that prevents sleep.

The staff was very helpful and friendly : tee and coffee on demand during the day and at night. Our room was small but comfortable. Good for budget travellers. The area around the property is quite safe and lots of affordable shops and restaurants. Good food. Breakfasts were very good.

stayed there for one week, and during that time they never cleaned my room, even though I asked them several times. They also ruined my linen jumpsuit when they washed it. I even paid for the service and explained to them how to properly wash linen since it’s expensive, but when I got my clothes back, they were completely destroyed. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to wear them again.
I went to the reception to explain what happened, but they only said “sorry to hear that” and took no further action.

Hôtel récent, bien placé, propre 👌. Personnel aimable.
Petit-déjeuner minimal et décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé et photographié : thé insipide, pas de café (à notre demande le personnel est allé nous en chercher), pas de pain (seulement morceaux de pide et poca), ni céréales, ni yaourt, ni fruits, jus d’orange imbuvable. On aurait aimé du vrai beurre, c’était de la margarine.

The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the metro station, and is easy to find. There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly. I also like how the building is decorated with flowers and vines and it gives a cozy vibe peeking out from the window. Overall a good value option with a clean room and all the necessities we need to stay comfortably.

Staff were nice and helpful. Good access to transportation. Breakfast was simple, could be more diverse. Rooms were clean. We asked for room cleaning everyday but I realised sheets were not changed. They also gave us bottled water everyday. Overall we had a good stay.

We don't smoke but we could smell cigarettes during our stay. Breakfast was not the best but decent. The area is safe.

El hotel como siempre en las fotos se ve más bonito de lo que es, esta en un barrio lleno de tiendas y gente en las calles.
El espacio de la habitación es demasiado pequeña

Orhan and Ali run a clean and honest hotel. My experience at the Lenus was excellent in every respect. They were available and willing to help me in all things, from getting cash to navigating the city, day or night. Next time I come to Istanbul, I’m staying here.
