Pros:

was very pleased with my stay at Karaköy Port House. It is one of the best options you can find in the city, especially in terms of price-performance balance. Both its central location and the quality of service they offered were far above my expectations. The employees were extremely caring and friendly, I felt at home. I had no problems with cleanliness and comfort. It is a place that I will definitely choose again with its stylish and simple atmosphere, I recommend it to everyone

Aproape de zona galata

Cons:

Curatenia nu s-a facut inainte sa venim. Pe jos era pamant, pe parchet se vedeau urme de pantofi (adica nu s-a dat cu mopul cine stie de cand), baia era imposibil de murdara cu par in chiuveta si dus, butonul de tras apa era scos din perete, in chicineta era totul foarte lipicios, geamurile sunt de lemn si pentru ca nu au mai fost vopsite de ani de zile se scorojesc cand le atingi. A trebuit sa ma rog de proprietar doua zile sa vina sa faca cineva curat.

ужасный вариант для жилья в Стамбуле
Pros:

Номер был чистый, и здание находится рядом с галатским мостом. Это единственное достоинство этого номера.

Cons:

номер ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ маленький, 5-6 кв.м., не более. по совокупности условий, вы получаете практически номер в хостеле: он маленький, в нем нет ничего из посуды, нет чайника, две розетки на весь номер, есть холодильник, но НЕТ для него розетки чтобы его включить. Нет вешалок для одежды, даже для двух человек в номере ОЧЕНЬ тесно. Ванная комната есть, но она не в номере, а отдельно на этаже. Дверь душевой кабины сломана, вода почти не стекает, из-за чего в душе постоянно скопление грязной воды. Мыло не было ВООБЩЕ никакого, туалетной бумаги не было. ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ громко по ночам из-за шума машин и музыки до 3 часов ночи. Подумайте много раз, чтобы снять номер в этом здании, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ((((( за эти деньги можно найти гораздо более лучшие варианты.

La ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio cerca del centro con tranvía. La mejor opción si no quieres dormir en pleno centro rodeado de sitios turísticos. La relación calidad precio es muy buena y el trato con Mates es muy rápido e eficiente.

Cons:

El Wifi no funcionó y la ducha nos quedamos sin agua caliente por la noche.

Находится в прекрасном месте, не отель согласен, соотношение цены топ, недорого , комнаты маленькие и чистые все есть, холодильник и чайник , чистые полотенце и хозяйн вежливый

Wi-Fi sans accès réel à Internet.
Pommeau de douche en mauvais état.
Propreté insuffisante (sous le lit non nettoyé).
Une seule rouleau de papier toilette fourni pour 8 jours.
Fenêtre très ancienne (années 90) et mal isolée.
Le réceptionniste qui se plaint de mon arrivée tardive, alors que la réception est annoncée comme ouverte 24h/24.
