Pros:

Temizlik, konum ve ilgi harika. Yürüme boğaza ve galataporta rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz. Odalar çok temiz ve ferah. Şehrin göbeğinde ancak odalara ses gelmiyor. Ses yalıtımı gayet iyi. Çok memnun kaldım.

L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est propre et possède tous les derniers équipements et accessoires modernes pour se sentir comme à la maison ❤️

Le personnel a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Si nous devons revenir à Istanbul , nous voudrions revenir dans la même chambre ❤️

Beautiful property
Pros:

A very nice “new” property— the design-both functionally and esthetically were on point!!! Location was down by the port which served me well to use the efficient street cars to get to the sultanahmet area very quickly—much faster than by car— not a whole lot of restaurants real close to hotel —walked up to Taksim quite frequently — but it was …UP .. so only to be attempted by a person with a reasonable level of fitness— i would stay here again

Das -The Maestro- Hotel haben wir für unseren Kurztrip nach Istanbul gebucht. Zuvor hatten wir lange überlegt,für welches Hotel wir uns entscheiden. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen auf Expedia und anderen Buchungsplattformen haben wir uns letztlich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Es war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. Erstmal einmal möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor Ort erwähnen. Mir fallen die Namen von Adem Bey und Ahmet Bey ein. Ein so freundliches,zuvorkommendes und höfliches Auftreten habe ich selten erlebt. Dann,für uns persönlich mit das Wichtigste,die Sauberkeit einer Unterkunft. Mit Betreten des Hotels ist man einer blitzeblanken und unheimlich gut duftenden Umgebung. Überall im Hotel riecht aus so angenehmen,dass man das Hotel garnicht verlassen möchte. Die Toiletten im Lobby-Bereich und generell das ganze Mobiliar und die Einrichtung waren neu und äußerst gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war ebenso hervorragend. Sauber,modern,Blick auf das Meer und sogar auf die Brücke,die Asien und Europa verbindet. Was ich noch erwähnen möchte ist,dass ich dir Unterkunft auch ausgesucht habe,weil sie zentral liegt. Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (die AyaSofya-Moschee,Galatabrücke,Topkapi-Palast,GalataTower,Taksim etc) vom Hotel aus zu Fuß besucht. Einige Kilometer macht man zwar,aber dennoch ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim The Maestro Hotel für den Aufenthalt und empfehlen dieses Hotel allen zukünftigen Istanbul Besuchern.

Stairs in entry are a major death trap. No railin.
Pros:

I couldn’t see the edge of step entering DOWN into lobby and fell. Strongly recommend putting white or any colored tape (or edging) on entry step edges for people who don’t see as well as when younger. I’m 84 and fit or would likely have broken bones.

We had a wonderful stay at Maestro Hotel. Very nice hotel, the staff very welcoming and had the best head concierge who helped us throughout our stay with restaurant reservations, bookings,cruises, also the location of Maestro hotel is perfect.
