Staff were VERY helpful!! We spent ages sucking alot of information from the concierge :) He was conversational and very helpful. Thank you!

Property was new, had a lounge and seperate bedroom. Aircon was great. Rooms were cleaned every day. Looked like 2 young girls were cleaning all the rooms of the hotel from morning till night so just managed a satisfactory level. Definitely needed some help. Pool area was great. Prices of drinks at the bar and private beach were similar to a 7 star luxury hotel we stayed at in Dubai on our way into to Turkey but it was typical of most places around Içmeler so wont be going back there any time soon. We were in a loft on the top (4th) floor with no lift which was surprising considering its a new hotel. Water pressure on the top floor was poor during peak times. Had cold showers before dinner each night and once no water until peak was over. Staff were friendly, courteous but very young and inexperienced, they tried their best. Manager was very nice and helpful when needed. Overall a satisfactory hotel and experience considering other options at İçmeler.

Fantastic stay at The Ivy Suites. Very clean and well maintained. Conveniently just a few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.
With two young daughters the kids pool was great and allowed them to play without any fear or being surrounded by adults.

Breakfast was good. Cooked to order but always more available.
Restaurant food was also good and well priced.

Staff were brilliant. Happy, accommodating and helpful.

Only negative is no iron available and no lift. But only four floors so not too much of a problem.

Would definitely stay here again if in Marmaris/Icemeler again. The apparentments look to have been modernised and are perfect for a family giving lots of space.

Siisti ja raikas hotelli.Tunnelmallinen allas-alue.Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiastarjoilussa liian vähän henkilökuntaa,pitkä odotus tarjoilussa. Turkkilainen aamiainen todella maukas ja monipuolinen.

Tertemiz oldukça ferah bir otel.odolar 1+1 şeklinde ve çocuklu aileler için bir nimet. Kahvaltı seçenekli lezzetli ve ne istiyorsanız hemen geliyor. Personel çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve samimi. Canan hanım ve ekibi bu işi çok severek yapıyor Canan hanımın şahsında tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum. Çok ilgilendiler çok hoş sohbet bir tatil oldu bizim için. O bölgede tatil yapmaya niyetliyseniz hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz biz çok memnun kaldık.

Awesome staff welcoming and friendly. Hard to get in Turkey.

Otelde 6 gün kaldim.Yeri konumu sakin huzurlu ortami gayet iyiydi.Odalar ev ortamini aratmıyor, ben memnun kaldim.Tek gelistirilmesi gereken konu yemek durumu bence...

Highly recommend, will definitely be returning. Spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at the Ivy Suites for 10 days and got back last night. This is a new hotel only opening June/July and it didn’t disappoint… Already pricing up next year. We go self catering now with our children being older teens so this was perfect for us, They’ve really made it nice, rooms are spacious and comfy for 4 people, It had a double bed, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, the single was just about big enough for my 14 year old boy but my kids said where comfy . Rooms had 2 balcony’s one facing the pool and one at the back which was perfect for throwing all the pool inflatables beach towels etc on the back one and being able to sit on the front one. Staff are welcoming and very helpful and if you’ve any problems you’re able to what’s app them. Wifi was a big one for us with two teens and it was a strong connection which is good… You also got breakfast included in our stay it was a choice between English or Turkish breakfast, juice coffee or tea and they did other food/drinks through out the day that can get charged to your room which was ideal if we was just staying round the pool area, my husband absolutely loved the beef burger and I loved the pizzas and cocktails. The night time is very relaxing, I am already missing the swinging chair with the pool lit up and the relaxing music. It wasn’t over run with guests as it only had 35 rooms so there was no problem with getting a sunbed no matter what time you woke up. you are able to use pool floats etc. Lovely stay

Yılda 15 ve üzeri konaklama yapan biriyim ve yıllar sonra ilk kez bir yerde kaldığım için pişmanım..Verdiğim paranın hakkını veren tek şey kahvaltıydı (o da abartılacak bir şey değil de işte olumlu bir taraf bulma gayreti) Evet otel yenilenmiş her şey yepyeni ama resepsiyonu aramak isteseniz telefon yok,banyoda havalandırma yok,söylemezseniz temizlik yok dünyanın parasını ver su yok su..Şaka gibi..Hani ücretsiz otopark diyor ya hah işte o da yok,aracı nereye parkedeceğiz sorusuna personelin cevabı bile yok..Otelin adını “YOK” otel koysalar daha iyi olurmuş..

We were lucky to be some of the first guests at this fantastic new hotel. The fit out is really nice, very contemporary and stylish, and the rooms are very generous and well equipped. The location is ideal - a two minute walk to the beach - and the pool is great for kids. We were thrilled that there was a toddler pool in addition to a deep pool, which we spent most of our time by. The food was great too - significantly better than several meals we had elsewhere, and the breakfast is delicious and very generous. The view from the room and the balcony was beautiful to look at. The staff were the best thing about this excellent hotel though - extremely friendly and accomodating and professional. The cleaners, kitchen staff, waiters and reception staff all went above and beyond to ensure we and our two very small children had a great stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
