The room was in poor working condition. Bathroom shower was detached from the wall and was about to fall. Commode seat was sliding side to side and too small for the size of the commode. Bathroom fan was making terrible noise. Shower stall had broken glass section held in place with chalking. Shower stall was so small that closing the door was nearly impossible after getting in. I'm 6' and weigh 200#. Room floor and moldings were in need of repair. Hotel entrance door handle came off as I tried closing the door. The room had been smoked in as it smelled like cigarette for the first two days. Hotel lobby (if you can call that) smelled cigarette smoke throughout our 4 day stay. There is a bar at the back of the hotel with outdoor steating. The noise and blearing music from the bar kept us awake until 1 am and until 2 am on Friday night.
The only thing that was positive about the facility was it's location. The hotel staff did not even bother to greet us during the numerous times we we went in and out despite the fact the very small front desk was only about 8 - 10 feet from the entrance to the hotel and you nearly have to squeeze past the front desk staff who was always engrossed looking at his phone rather than to at least look at the guest entering. The first day after arrival we asked for a cover for the twin bed as it only had the mattress sheet. It took 3 calls and seven hours to receive the blanket. I would never ever go back to this place.

Kısa süreli seyahatler için çok ideal, güvenli, konforlu yatakları olan, temiz ve dost canlısı bir otel. Konumu merkezi ve yürüyerek Kadıköy’ün gezilecek yerlerine ulaşılabilir. Ulaşım merkezlerine de oldukça yakın. Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşa yardımseverliği ve güleryüzü için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bu ikinci konaklayışımız. Anadolu yakası seyahatlerimizde artık ilk adresimiz.

İki gecelik iki kişilik rezervasyon yaptık. Check-in saat 14:00 olmasına rağmen oda temizleniyor hala diyerek 20 dakika bekletildik. Ama çıkışta tam saat 12:00'da çıkmamız istendi. Temizlik fena değildi ama yatağın arkasında

İlgili resepsiyonist yardımcı olmaya çalıştı,güleryüzlüydü genel olarak memnun kaldım sadece odada bizden önce kalan kişi sigara içmiş kokusu biraz sinmişti . Buna dikkat ederlerse onlar adına daha iyi olur . Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınır

Séjour de deux jours en couple, hôtel très bien placé géographiquement, très propre mais nous avons demandé à changer de chambre dans les étages supérieur car là notre été au premier et donnant directement sur la route très bruillante
( supplément de 25€)
Et sans petit déjeuner même avec supplément alors que nous avions réservé et payer chambre avec petit déjeuner .

Clean new building, quiet, near shops and transport, nice staff.

Very loud live music from the bar just below the room impossible to sleep until midnight and later very noisy neighbours until 3 am
Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom very small and shower wasn’t working properly but i couldn’t pretend more for the very cheap price paid

closeness to Kadikoy ferries and airport shuttles

There is some kind of restaurant or karaoke club under the hotel, it is very noisy at midnight. The rest points is quite fine, the small hotel with not big room in the Asian part of Istanbul, 15 minutes from the Bosphorus and the ferry station

This was my second stay, but I was bothered by the fact that the shower in my room was broken. The rooms are clean.

Die Unterkunft an sich in Ordnung, doch das Badezimmer sollte renoviert werden (Dusche kommt von der Wand und das Wasser läuft in das ganze Bad beim Duschen) und auch allgemein sauberer sein. Ansonsten gute Lage um Kadiköy und die aiatische Seite von Istanbul zu besuchen.

The price was reasonable, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was close to the station and easy to get around.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Everything is very walkable also if you want to go to the European side of Istanbul. Taxi, bus, ferry and the tram are near by! The hotel is basic but very clean and also spacious! The staff is helpful and also offered us a cheap transfer to the airport. I will definitely stay here again!

Oda bakımsız, prizler yerinden çıkmış, klimanın odayı soğutması için 12 saat beklemeniz gerekiyordu. Ses yalıtımı adına hiçbir şey yapılmamış, yan odada konuşulan her şeyi duyabilirsiniz. 5. Katta kaldım, temizlik görevlileri temizlik yaparken o kadar gürültü yaptı ki odayı terk etmek zorunda kaldım.

Vardigimda saat 14:00'u geciyor olmasina ragmen odam hazir degildi. O yuzden biraz vakit gecirip tekrar dondum. Bu sefer de klimalardaki arizalardan dolayi beni baska bir otele transfer etmeleri gerektigini soylediler. Transfer edildigim otel de beklentim dahilinde bir konfordaydi. O yuzden bir itirazda bulunmadim. Bunun haricinde konaklamamda bir sikinti yasamadim.

Konumu merkezi ,toplu taşıma araçlarına yakın.Kısa süreli kalmak için yeterli

Sadece oda istiyorsak eğer uygun ve temiz bir otel. Bunun dışında ek bir hizmet yok. Kadıköy’de merkeze ve metroya , iskeleye yakın. Etrafı canlı ve yeme içme için gidilebilecek birçok yer var .
