Pros:

Lobi, asansör, yemek yeme alanı inanılmaz derecede kızartma kokuyordu ve tüm kıyafetime, saçıma, çantama kadar sindi o koku. Masalar ve sandalyeler temiz değildi. Kahvaltı yaparken yer bulma konusunda sıkıntı yaşanıyor. Otelin etrafındaki inşaatın gürültüsü odadaydı. Oda iki katlı olmasına rağmen yan taraftaki banyo sesi duyuluyordu.

Bunların dışında kahvaltısı çeşitli, taze, personeli güler yüzlü ama çok hijyenik ve konforlu bir otel diyemem maalesef.

Aile odasında kaldık. İki ayrı yatak odası ve geniş bir antre vardı. Konforluydu. Temizdi. Kahvaltı ortalama. Personel ilgili. Otopark 5 dk mesafede ve ücretsiz. Bir problem yaşamadık.

Karadeniz turu için bu oteli tercih ettik. Otel şehir merkezinde konumu çok iyi. Park sorunu yok vale yardımcı oluyor. Oda gayet temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Lavoba banyo tertemizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe, yeterli sayıda sıcak menü var. Tam fiyat performans oteli. Tekrar Rize' ye gelirsem kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

Pros:

It was the best stay in my whole journey in Turkey. The big suite was offered for student-friendly price and the breakfast was very yummy! The hotel is located conveniently to explore the Rize city and access the public transport. I won't hesitate to book this hotel again once I am back in Rize.

Odamızdan içeri girer girmez hoş bir koku geldi. Yatak ve nevresimler, yorganlar gayet temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı ayarındaydı neredeyse. Temizliği ile misafir hissiyatı veren güzel bir otel. Grand 464 otel ailesine verdikleri hizmetten ötürü teşekkür ederim.
