Perfection.
Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon recently and it was PERFECTION, I’m super picky with hotels and this hotel genuinely passed every check for me. The service was amazing every single member of staff was so helpful, the comfort in the rooms is second to none I couldn’t get over the bedding quality, the location is just perfect too with amazing cafes restaurants everything all around you. I’ll definitely be staying here when I’m back in Istanbul again

Good hotel, located in the heart of downtown
Pros:

The hotel is very nice: modern, up to date with a good and well operated equipment in the room. Seems that construction works had been performed recently so the interior is nice.
Very nice bad, good wifi connection and very high level of servicing.

Cons:

It is a very huge disadvantage that there is no gym neither any spa\hamam in the hotel. The room service works a bit strange and the quality of the service at breakfasts is not always sufficient.
Last but not least, the location is very specific: it is a heart of downtown, very-very close to the all main sightseeing, so the streets around the hotel are a bit overloaded.

Pros:

Un All in All, el hotel perfecto para la estancia perfecta en Estambul. Cálido, amable, super para familias y parejas. Hotel Romántico, con atención perfecta. La habitación era muy cómoda y la ducha ha sido la mejor que he tenido en mis largos viajes por el mundo. Desayunos inolvidables, recomiendo bajar a desayunar mucho¡

Cons:

Eche de menos no poder conectar en la habitacion con los servicios de streaming (Netflix, HBO etc...)

Pros:

The staff were really great. Rooms were clean. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was good, it was à la carte.

Cons:

I found the location a bit annoying, we booked thinking old town would be a better choice but found ourselves always getting taxis or walking very far to get to good restaurants. Old town is very touristy. The rooms interiors felt a little cheap (building materials used), although it has a nice old exterior. Laundry was pricey but nothing surprising when comparing with similar hotels.

Amazing stay in this wonderful hotel! Superb service, excellent breakfast, wonderful rooms! We loved our stay and did not want to leave!
