the entrance is very tricky with vehicles. i had to walk in rain all the way down on the main road with my luggage. bakvala from mustafa got totally wet. poor experience there.

予約の再考をおすすめするホテルです。
Pros:

部屋は機能的で清潔です。

Cons:

非常に不快な思いをし、旅行が台無しになりました。私の５０年近くに渡る数十か国数百か所のホテルの中で、ここにいる様なスタッフが揃って、それが放置されているホテルは初めてでした。しかもヒルトンの名前が入っているとは驚愕以外の何物でもありません。
- チェックイン時に、予約した部屋とは似ても似つかぬ部屋への滞在を（同じカテゴリーの部屋だとして）強要されました。それが嫌なら返金するから出て行けと言われました。夜の８時にですよ。私が予約した部屋は２方向に窓があり市街の眺望があるキングベッドの部屋ですが、強要されたのは窓が一階の道路の前に一か所でシングルベッドが二つの部屋でした。なお、どちらの部屋もHPでもBooking.comでもそれぞれ別の部屋として、写真付きで表示されています。それぞれ個別で予約できる様に。
- チェックアウト時には、上記の部屋変更強要の話を静かに説明して、せめてチェックアウト時間を遅らせてもらえないかと思い、受付の人に話を始めました。しかしながら、受付の人は私の話を遮り、"Listen to me, listen to me, listen to me, - - - "と１０回近く叫んで机をたたき、チェックイン時の受付の人と同じ説明をまくしたてる始末です。受付の人が泊り客に命令形でListen to meと言うホテルはあるでしょうか？　それも何度も。
- これはホテルぐるみの話の様です。どちらの受付の人も話は同じで、どの部屋で予約しても、（同じく個別に予約が可能な）他の部屋になることもあるのがこのホテルの仕組みだそうです。私が予約した部屋の写真はプロモーション用だとのことです。これって、外の世界では詐欺と言いますよね。
- チェックアウト後に預けるスーツケースやリュックサック類の荷物の管理も出来ないホテルです。荷物回収時には、預かり証に対する荷物がどれなのか分からないらしく、荷物部屋に来いと言われました。そして私が私の荷物を手に取ると、"Is that really your bag?"と泥棒呼ばわりの質問をされました。このホテルは心配だったので、預入時に写真を撮っておいたことが良かったです。さもなければ、どういうことになったか想像もつきません。

Great hotel located in the old town; fair value and walkable to all the main sites.
Pros:

Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Clean, modern, large room. Good breakfast selection. Staff were great and let us check in early.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, if I was being picky there was no view from the window on the 6th floor but doesn’t matter as it’s only somewhere to sleep.

Buenas Ubicación y excelente trato del personal
Pros:

El trato del personal es muy bueno, nos atendió un chico llamado Ekrem que nos acompañó hasta la habitación con las maletas, nos recomendó lugares que ver y tips para hacer turismo por la ciudad. El desayuno tambien esta bastante completo y es gratis, ya viene en el precio de la habitación.

Goed service, alleen de ontbijten mogen wel verandering aanbieden. Niet hoge verwachtingen qua ontbijt, maar elke dag hetzelfde is ook niet helemaal fijn.

Cons:

Goed ontbijt. Echter, zou het top zijn als er veranderingen zijn qua ontbijt dus noet elke dag hetzelfde zoals gebakken ei en gekookte ei.
