My phone was stolen from my hotel room, where I am 100% certain it had been left on the table. Despite reporting the incident, the hotel management failed to resolve the issue or take any meaningful action. All I received were empty promises, followed by complete disregard for my concerns.
I never imagined that something like this could happen at a hotel belonging to the Hilton brand. What is even more disappointing is the management’s unprofessional attitude and complete lack of accountability. They did not even offer a simple apology.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the Hilton brand. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others against staying at this hotel. Absolutely unacceptable service and treatment of guests.

Extremely disappointed – Terrible service and zero maintenance
I strongly advise other tourists to avoid this hotel. Throughout my entire stay, I repeatedly asked the front desk to fix several issues in my room, but nothing was ever taken care of. All my requests were documented and sent via the hotel’s WhatsApp, yet I received no real assistance.
Every single time I reached out, they promised to send someone to fix the issues, but no one ever showed up. I would leave the room for the day and return to find that nothing had been done. Whenever I followed up, staff members agreed that I was right and apologized, but made zero effort to actually resolve the problems.
During my entire stay, I suffered from:
Extremely weak water pressure in the shower
A broken refrigerator that didn't work
An iron that didn't heat up
Lack of room cleaning: The room was not cleaned, sheets and pillowcases were never changed, and no room slippers were provided.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with terrible service and no effort to accommodate guests. I do not recommend staying here.
Второй раз останавливаемся в данном отеле. Сотрудники вежливы и отзывчивы, оперативно решают всевозможные возникающие вопросы, и, что не мало важно, отлично разговаривают на английском. Номера чистые, уборка проводится ежедневно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отличное - в пешей доступности трамвайная остановка, станция Мармарай, паромный причал. Сам отель расположен на тихой улице. Очень рекомендую к проживанию!

The staff was friendly, overall it was clean and location was perfect for exporting the city
There was no variety in breakfast and the air conditioning was placed just above the bed , making it impossible to lay down while it was on. Our room was on the last floor so it was quite hot.

位置不错，方便走路到周边逛，离码头和各个餐馆也都很近。
飞了十多个小时，早上到了以后已经很累了，但是前台不给办理入住，原因是没有到入住时间，没有房间，一直等到下午两点以后。
酒店建在小山坡上，部分房间实际位于地下，但是预定页面并没有相关提示，后来换了房间是在一楼，大落地窗户外面就有人走路，容易没有安全感。
