Great hotel in the area
Pros:

Great hotel, looks exactly like the pictures, clean and modern feel. Lovely breakfast in the morning that I really enjoyed, also amazing staff, so friendly and willing to help whenever needed, allowed me to store my luggage whilst I was waiting for my room and also traveling to another city then coming back in a few days

Pros:

Everything was great. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay - special thanks to Ahmed and Diana for their outstanding support.

We were accommodated in a quiet room with a balcony and a lovely view of a small park. The room was very clean, and we especially liked the shower. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Pros:

Jeg har kun positive ting og si om dette hotellet. Vi ble tatt vare på fra vi ankom til vi forlot Istanbul. Vi ble oppgradert gratis når vi ankom og når vi reiste ble vi servert frokost en time før frokostbuffen åpnet slik at vi kunne rekke å spise før vi reiste. Personalet er helt fantastisk, og yter virkelig god service. I tillegg er hotellet rent og har en sentral beliggenhet. Alt i alt en veldig god opplevelse og vi kommer garantert tilbake!

Horrible Stay
Pros:

The cleanliness

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were issued an incorrect room key for a room that was already occupied. This resulted in significant embarrassment and raises serious concerns regarding guest privacy and security.
Additionally, the wash basin in the bathroom was completely unusable due to a non-functioning drainage system, rendering the room partially unfit for use.
Despite raising these issues multiple times, the staff repeatedly failed to respond. Remedial action was taken only after more than five follow-ups, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and responsiveness.
Most critically, the room was uninhabitable due to excessive heat. We were unable to sleep as the air-conditioning system was not functioning at all. When we contacted the staff between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m., the response was unacceptable. We were informed that such conditions were “normal” and that the temperature could not be controlled. No alternative room or solution was offered.
These cumulative failures significantly impacted our stay and directly contradict the standards implied by the property’s 9.3 rating on Booking.com, which was a decisive factor in our booking.
In view of the above, we formally request an immediate refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we reserve the right to escalate the complaint further through Booking.com’s dispute resolution process.

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Perfect location...for public transport, shopping, cityseeing. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very kind and helping.

Cons:

Bathroom was not fully functional . Very cold, without heating system. Sinkhole of washbasin stayed blocked, even I warned hotel personal few times.

Highly recommended
Pros:

We spent five nights at this place and had an excellent experience.

Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were amazing , very helpful, kind, and able to communicate in multiple languages, always accommodating our requests.

They also kindly accepted a late check-out.

The location is perfect: tram, metro, and bus are all just one minute away. Major attractions, the souk, and historic sites are within walking distance.

Highly recommended!
