Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό τα δωμάτια ήταν όλα καθαρά και πολύ μοντέρνα!!!! Ήτανε πολύ κοντά στη στάσης λεωφορείου και τραμ ώστε να μπορείς να μεταβείς σε 10 λεπτά για σοφιά και σε άλλα γενικός αξιοθέατα!!!

Great breakfast with a wide selection, and I really liked the abundance of oranges. Good location near the tram, metro, and Havaist stop. Wi-Fi works well enough. The staff is lovely. A big plus is that they don't pressure you to write a positive review, so the feedback you see is genuine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally clean, very well located, and conveniently close to the tram, making it easy to get around the city. The staff are attentive, kind, and highly professional. Mohamed, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—he was always available, answered all our questions, and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, and the room is meticulously cleaned every day, which we truly appreciated.

Nice location and breakfast. Quiet room.

I liked everything!

A bit of backstory: I had to leave another hotel nearby in a rush because the conditions there were far below what I had expected. I wasn't sure if switching was worth the extra money and effort, but honestly — best decision of my trip. Never underestimate how much a good hotel can make or break your travel experience!

First things first — the people here are wonderful. They let me check in early and check out late without any fuss, and even offered me breakfast on my arrival day, which I really didn't expect. Big thanks to the guy at reception on the mornings of April 15th and 17th — super helpful and welcoming.
And I have to mention the girl working the evening shifts on April 15th and 16th — she had the kindest, most cheerful smile that honestly made coming back to the hotel after a long day of walking around Istanbul feel like coming home.

The location is fantastic. The tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tram line runs right through Istanbul's historic center and beyond, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. There's also a metro station nearby as well as Havaist bus stops with direct service to Istanbul's new airport.

The room itself was bright and airy with two windows and good artificial lighting, plus a lovely view of a park and a mosque. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space with shelves, cabinets, and hangers, which I always appreciate. The safe was properly sized and in working order. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, and slippers were available in a proper size, which is something I often struggle with at hotels.

Breakfast was excellent — everything you'd need for a solid start to the day, and I liked the generous serving hours (7:30 to 11:00). The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire hotel.

I recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely be staying here when I am in the city again.

Невеликий затишний готель зі зручним розташуванням (поруч метро, торговельний центр, 2 великі вулиці, магазини та кафе). Номер затишний та зручний, ліжко зручне. Приємно, що у номері додатково є кресло та кавовий столик, шафа для речей. Вид з вікон на парк. На сніданку великий вибір страв (салати, овочі та фрукти, оливки, сири, солодощі, випічка, нас дуже потішила картопля фрі!), а також смачний турецький чай у скляних стаканчиках. Кімната для сніданків теж дуже затишна, по ТВ показують краєвиди Стамбула або природу з приємною музикою. Персонал приємний та доброзичливий, як на рецепції (при заїзді нам одразу запропонували пригостити кавою), так і на кухні, і при прибиранні. Часто міняють білизну та рушники, у номері чисто. Історичний центр, відомі мечеті, центральні площі, Галатський міст та вежа, Гранд базар - якщо ви любите ходити пішки, все це у пішій доступності. Нам все сподобалось!

Хороший отель, чисто, в номере приятный аромат.
Располагается удобно, в шаговой доступности метро и трамвай, чуть дальше Мармарай.
Персонал вежливый, проживание прошло на отлично

Location was excellent, close to tram, train, bus, metro and taxi stand. Felt safe. Lovely Yemini restaurant right next door. Lots if eating places within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank-you Ahmed for all your help :-)

Great position close to Havaist Airport bus, 2min to T1 tram that takes you to all the tourist spots. Great restaurant next door. The Aksaray Metro 2 min away. The area nice and not over crowded with tourist.

Poziția hotelului...este foarte aproape de stațiile mijloacelor de transport in comun.
