뭐든지 도와주는 직원들. 최고의 위치. 숙소에서 보이는 전망(메소포타미아 평원). 풍성하고 아름다운 조식.
사진과 똑같은 방. 화장실 넓고 욕조 있음.
방에서 메소포타미아 평원이 보이고, 옥상은 더 잘보여요.

최고는 Ismail. Ismail이 모든 문제를 해결해주고 적극적으로 도왔기때문에 마르딘에서 좋은 기억 가지고 갑니다.

숙소 주인의 부재.
직원복지: Ismail이 24시간, 제가 투숙한 3일 내내 숙소에서 있었습니다. 카운터에서 자는 것이 너무 속상했어요. 최고의 직원인데, 그에 맞는 대우를 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Très sympathique endroit pour passer quelques jours à Mardin
Pros:

Les points forts de cet établissement sont son emplacement, son personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable, la super terrasse et le petit déjeuner. Ismael a été d’une grande aide pendant mon séjour!

Cons:

Les meubles sont un peu trop massifs pour les plus petites chambres à mon goût.

A perfect week in the ancient city of Mardin.
Pros:

The property is ideally located for exploring the old city of Mardin. İt is a stone building and very picturesque with a terrace that has a magnificent view of the vast plains of the Mardin area.

Cons:

I went in winter and the weather was against me. A two-day snowstorm snowed us in but hotel staff made sure staircases and landings were kept snow and ice free. They also ensured we all enjoyed meals beyond the usual “breakfast included plan”.

Location is perfect, room is overpriced

Very good location in the heart of Mardin, terrace with beautiful view, huuuge breakfast

Cons:

The room definitely doesn’t worth 90$, for this price it should be something excellent…Yes, I know, the prices in Turkey are getting crazy in general, but everywhere should be a limit. Very-very overpriced.

The second thing which I didn’t like at all.
When I checked in, the hosts advertised their hotel like a home away from home and said they care about all guests like about friends. On the second day I had a morning bus so in the evening before I asked the host if I can have breakfast half an hour earlier than it is scheduled. If the answer was no then no, but the answer was yes.
In the morning breakfast was not served, and I saw no people in the hotel. My messages were ignored. I waited for fifteen extra minutes and then left without any food. Afterwards, already in the bus station, I finally received message from the host that he overslept.
I think for this money it’s unacceptable. You have to be more responsible for your guests. It’s not 10$ dormitory with hundreds of people where I can understand some shortfalls.

So unfortunately my experience of “home away from home” is not that amazing. But Mardin is beautiful, so recommend it for everyone who is reading this review:)

Очень хороший, аутентичный и душевный отель!
Pros:

Расположение отличное, в самом сердце старого Мардина. Почти всё в старом городе в пешей доступности.
Также с такси и трансфером помогли: водитель вовремя привёз отвез, всё успели, даже переписка на русском через переводчик была удобна. Быстрый интернет в отеле. По прилёту предложили чай/кофе)
Сам отель очень аутентичный: красивый, с духом древнего мира, просторные комнаты, высокие потолки, чисто. Спать комфортно, воздух чистый, прохладный.
Номера уютные, кровати большие, больших три окна. У нас был делюкс - красиво и удобно.
Терраса с видом на город отдельная красота: можно завтракать, вечером пить чай и смотреть вдаль.
Сотрудники очень милые и отзывчивые. Помогали всегда, за что огромное спасибо!!
Отдельно отмечу Исмаила, управляющего отелем. Он очень помог нам в сложной ситуации: когда маме стало плохо, отвез в больницу, выступал переводчиком и общался с врачами, давал поддержку, очень хороший человек. Уже в первый день провёл нас по местному базарику, подсказал, что купить домой, куда пойти поесть и что посмотреть, он был одновременно гидом и управляющим. За это мы очень благодарны. Поддержка и помощь от персонала действительно ощущались на каждом шагу. Рядом кафе очень красивые, стильные, все рядом что очень удобно.


В общем, я влюбилась в Мардин - прекрасный город, атмосферный, люди добрые, душевные, виды красивые!!!

В городе мало говорят по‑английски, это не проблема с интернетом/онлайн переводчиком/зарядкой.
Каменные стены и полы холодные, все таки дом из камня. Возьмите тёплые тапочки (войлок) и заранее попросите включить отопление, чтобы при заезде было тепло. Горячая вода включается через ресепшн - лучше сделать это сразу. Водитель который привез может устроить тур по городу, что тоже удобно, если едете впервые. Днем тепло в ноябре декабре, но вечером резко холодно, берите больше теплых вещей.

Eine Herzens Empfehlung
Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet – mit nur einem Schritt befand man sich direkt im Zentrum, und dennoch war es wunderbar ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und alle Sonderwünsche, die wir im Vorfeld geäußert hatten, wurden vollständig erfüllt.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war einfach atemberaubend. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Das Personal war außerordentlich zuvorkommend, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens umsorgt.
