Pros:

Отличное месторасположение! Заботливый, душевный и внимательный персонал. Уютный номер, в котором было все (в тч чай/кофе и бокалы для вина :) Отличный душ как и вся сантехника, удобная кровать. Теплый номер. Завтрак стандартный турецкий (очень вкусные зеленые оливки). Закат встретили на террасе с видом на Мессопотамию. Все было прекрасно. Спасибо еще раз.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Mardin
Pros:

Das Hotel ist historisch, rustikal und schön, mit großen und komfortablen Zimmern und den traditionellen Elementen in der Einrichtung. Die Terrasse bietet einen exquisiten Blick auf die Mesopotamien und mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Teil des gleichen Ausblicks. Das Frühstück war frisch und mit reichem Auswahl an regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Besonderes Dank an Ismail. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar von Geschäften, Restaurants und historischen Stätten. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde ohne Zweifel wieder in dasselbe Hotel zurückkehren!

Cons:

Мы были в марте и вода из крана в номере нагревалась очень медленно. Возможно, в теплые месяцы такой проблемы не будет.

뭐든지 도와주는 직원들. 최고의 위치. 숙소에서 보이는 전망(메소포타미아 평원). 풍성하고 아름다운 조식.
사진과 똑같은 방. 화장실 넓고 욕조 있음.
방에서 메소포타미아 평원이 보이고, 옥상은 더 잘보여요.

최고는 Ismail. Ismail이 모든 문제를 해결해주고 적극적으로 도왔기때문에 마르딘에서 좋은 기억 가지고 갑니다.

Cons:

숙소 주인의 부재.
직원복지: Ismail이 24시간, 제가 투숙한 3일 내내 숙소에서 있었습니다. 카운터에서 자는 것이 너무 속상했어요. 최고의 직원인데, 그에 맞는 대우를 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Très sympathique endroit pour passer quelques jours à Mardin
Pros:

Les points forts de cet établissement sont son emplacement, son personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable, la super terrasse et le petit déjeuner. Ismael a été d’une grande aide pendant mon séjour!

Cons:

Les meubles sont un peu trop massifs pour les plus petites chambres à mon goût.

A perfect week in the ancient city of Mardin.
Pros:

The property is ideally located for exploring the old city of Mardin. İt is a stone building and very picturesque with a terrace that has a magnificent view of the vast plains of the Mardin area.

Cons:

I went in winter and the weather was against me. A two-day snowstorm snowed us in but hotel staff made sure staircases and landings were kept snow and ice free. They also ensured we all enjoyed meals beyond the usual “breakfast included plan”.
