盛りだくさん
Pros:

アクセスが良い場所にあり、清潔で開放感のある建物でした。テラスは見晴らしが良く、早朝の気球がよく見えました。
また、到着後すぐにセマーを見に行けないかと相談したら、すぐに手配してくれた。

Location was An Absolute Gem!!!
Pros:

The location was an absolute gem!! Right in the heart of Göreme and was very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was also very convenient for the pick-ups of some of the activities we did there. Very close to restaurants and shopping too. Staff was extremely friendly & flexible, specially Ali.
The cave rooms were everything we dreamed of and the views from this hotel was just wow!!! Every morning we were able to watch the hot air balloons from here. So magical.
Even after the check-out time, they offered us to use their open toilet and shower before our long bus ride.

Cons:

What we had booked was a double room but when we arrived the room looked and was very small and not the same as pictures. We had to stay in this room, the first night. Then they changed the room, but in a different property of theirs which was just there. Ofcourse had to climb up, hence more steps. In this room the heater wasn’t working and it was really cold!!!! Second night we slept without a heater

Bon emplacement, très bons petits-déjeuners, terrasse pour voir les montgolfières, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, bonne température avec chauffage et eau chaude, personnel gentil et serviable.

Bello ma con alcune cose da sistemare
Pros:

La posizione,il rooftop,vicino a punti panoramici per vedere le mongolfiere,il patio interno bellissimo,la colazione dolce e salata super e lo staff sempre gentilissimo e mai invadente.
Anche i 2 gattini piccoli con la mamma erano adorabili!

Cons:

La pulizia pecca un po', purtroppo il nostro bagno puzzava di scarico,il coperchio del water è da sistemare perché rotto/non in linea e inoltre suggerirei una tenda per la doccia per evitare di bagnare tutto. Per i miei gusti il bagno e il lavandino sono troppo piccoli,ho dovuto usufruire del bagno e delle docce comuni che invece sono grandi e capienti! Suggerisco anche di portare il gattino dal veterinario per l'occhietto!

The breakfast here was exceptional. The room was lovely and the location was outstanding. Waking up to seeing balloons outside of our window was an extremely special experience. The facilities were great and staff were friendly.

COME UNA FAVOLA!
Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto carina, il personale super gentile ed accogliente. La colazione era perfetta, abbondante e davvero buona. La terrazza spettacolare, dove la mattina presto è possibile ammirare le mongolfiere volare all’alba.
Le camere sono molto spaziose, i letti comodi.
Tutto molto accogliente.
Complimenti soprattutto al personale che sorride sempre e ti coccola.

Cons:

Nelle stanze un pó di umidità, però è normale poiché sono cave.

Отель расположен очень удобно! С веранды открывается хороший вид на шары и город. Если хотите жить именно в пещере - это то, что вам нужно! Наш номер был на первом этаже, можно было подняться на веранду над номером, вечером мы пили там чай со сладостями и пиде, прекрасно! Завтрак был включен в стоимость, стандартный европейский, нас устроил. Территория отеля приятная, уютная. Ещё раз вернулась бы в этот отель.

Cons:

В ванной не хватало вешалки для полотенец рядом с ванной. Так как ванная комната большая, нужно было мокрой идти за полотенцем. Номер в пещере, но "современный" джакузи (уже изрядно поживший) выбивается из общего стиля и портит его. Друзья жили в номере рядом, и у них была классная душевая в пещерной нише

Una experiencia especial en pleno centro de Capadocia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro, y las vistas son muy bonitas. El personal es muy amable y atento. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje durante todo el día después del check-out y también disponen de un baño que puedes utilizar antes de marcharte, algo que se agradece muchísimo. El desayuno es típico de la zona y la experiencia de alojarse en una habitación dentro de la roca es muy especial.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen cierto olor a humedad, aunque es comprensible por tratarse de un alojamiento construido dentro de la roca. El acceso también es complicado, ya que hay una pendiente bastante pronunciada para llegar al hotel.
