Not ideal
Pros:

A frustrating experience due to a significant discrepancy between the listing and the accommodation provided.

We chose this hotel through Booking.com based on the information and photos available in the listing, particularly regarding the bathroom and shower facilities. However, when we arrived, we found something quite different from what was presented. The bathroom was extremely small, with a tiny shower cabin, and did not match our expectations based on the listing.

In addition, the room was not properly cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust throughout the room, including on top of the cups that had been left for us to use for coffee, which was particularly disappointing.

The hotel staff tried to find a solution and offered us the possibility of changing rooms, which I appreciate. However, the alternative room had other significant issues: the Wi-Fi did not work, and the power outlets were also not functioning properly.

As a result, we had to cancel our stay and find another hotel. Unfortunately, the refund provided by the hotel was made in cash and did not cover the full amount we had originally paid for the reservation through Booking.com. Because of this situation, we ended up losing approximately €34.17, in addition to the inconvenience and stress of having to find another accommodation after arriving in Cappadocia.

I appreciate the staff’s efforts to find a solution, but unfortunately, neither of the rooms provided met acceptable standards. I believe that the information and photos provided in the listing should accurately represent the accommodation offered and that the rooms should be properly cleaned and have basic facilities, such as functioning Wi-Fi and power outlets.

Had we known in advance about the actual condition and configuration of the rooms, we would not have made this reservation.

Es lag sehr zentral zu allem. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es war wirklich sehr schlecht, kein Kühlschrank kein Fernseher und das Zimmer war extrem klein. Die Bettlaken war voll mit Haaren und Krümeln- wir haben unsere eigenen Bettlaken mitgebracht gehabt und haben diese verwendet. Das Bad war extrem klein es konnten sich keine 2 Leute aufhalten und es war extrem unsauber + es hat extremst gestunken!. Sehr heruntergekommene Zimmer. Für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht!!!

Красота вокруг просто завораживает — сам отель и его окружение выглядят очень эстетично. Однозначно рекомендую этот отел

Персонал невероятно доброжелательный: с первого момента чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, всё подробно объясняют и искренне стараются сделать отдых комфортнее.
В отеле очень чисто — заметно, что за порядком тщательно следят. Интерьер стильный, атмосфера уютная, всё продумано до мелочей. Номера комфортные, в них приятно находиться: есть всё необходимое, и при этом сохраняется особый колорит Каппадокии.

Pros:

Жили в номере-пещере. Даже в двух: просили из первой переселить после двух ночей.
Причина - невыносимая вонь и влажность. Оно все воняет пещерой. Вещи не сохнут внутри, те что туда попадают - становятся влажными и прованиваются.
Мы попросили нас переселить в другую, в которой хотя бы есть окна. Нас переселили, однако окно тоже не сильно спасло: было лучше, но все равно воняло.
Возможно, сами виноваты - надо было понимать, что есть нюансы пещеры, но такого мы даже ожидать не могли.
В целом, персонал привеливый, всегда помогать пытались. Еда тоже хороша. Расположение - удачное! Но вот специфика оказалась слишком…
Не для чувствительных к запахам людей.
