・スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切
・朝食が美味しかった
・立地が良くアクセスが便利
・部屋が広く、全体的に快適に過ごせた
・Luckyという看板犬がいて可愛かった

Cons:

・10泊中9日間、断続的な停電があった
・1度断水があった
・清掃がリクエスト通りに来ないことがあった
・依頼していない日に清掃スタッフが入室したことがあった
・部屋の外でソーラーパネル工事が行われており、ノックなしで外から入ろうとする作業員がいた（施錠されていたため入室はなし）

Wonderful cave hotel. ❤️
Pros:

amazing staff and location and viewdeck specially at sunsent. ❤️ they have a very cute and playful dog that you can pet anytime. (bonus for me coz i love dogs.)

Cons:

i just wish they had warm or hot food specially on a chilly weather, otherwise food is still nice, many options!❤️

길게 여행을 다니면서 묵었던 많은 호스텔 중 최고였음.
1. 위치: 버스정류장 도보 5분 거리, 중심가 내 위치, 벌룬뷰 포인트 바로 앞.
2. 시설: 전반적으로 모든 것이 다 깨끗하고, 루프탑이 있어 벌룬을 볼 수 있다.
3. 조식: 포함사항이고, 훌륭함
4. 이외 서비스: 수건 제공, 세면도구 제공, 짐보관, 유연한 체크인, 매우 친절한 직원
가격대비 완벽한 호스텔

방 내에 커피포트가 있으나 공용주방은 없음.
