I servizi offerti, ho prenotato da loro le varie esperienze di green tour, red tour e la salita sulle mongolfiere e mi hanno fatto un pochino di sconto. Ho utilizzato anche il loro transfer dall aeroporto all hotel in quanto non raggiungibile diversamente.
La doccia non esisteva, c’è solo un doccino laterale al gabinetto. Quindi quando ti fai la doccia allaghi tutto il bagno, non rispecchia la foto. Inoltre era rotto il rubinetto della doccia e non si poteva aprire ma c’è lo hanno aggiustato.
The staff were amazing with us, the rooms were really good with all the amenities we needed. The views and the breakfast incredible. The let us leave our luggage there for the day and even shower and relax in the terrace while waiting for the taxi. They are the best.

The location is simply perfect, the staff is helpful and very kind, our cave apartment was very beautiful and cozy, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. In short, it was a perfect stay for us

This is my second time at this place. The location is perfect for summer season and even snow season. You get to see the hot air balloon alongside the fairy chimneys. The staffs are super kind, especially Farshid and Adeep.

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente impecable. El hotel es precioso y refleja perfectamente la belleza de la ciudad; realmente le hace honor a su entorno. La habitación con baño privado estuvo impecable y todo funcionaba a la perfección. Sin embargo, lo que hace a este lugar único es el factor humano: la atención y el cariño de sus empleados es insuperable. Pegamos tanta buena onda que hasta se animaron a probar el mate argentino con nosotras y ponerse a hablar de la vida.
El desayuno es súper variado, completo y riquísimo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo y lo recomendamos a ojos cerrados a quien esté buscando el lugar ideal para alojarse.
The property was beautiful, I loved the terrace where you could have a good look of the hot air balloons. The staff was very nice and kind.
The only small problem with our room was the shower that was open without walls so everything got wet when someone would take a shower. Not a huge problem tho

The property is located near to the city center - restaurants and souvenir shops are very nearby, all tour operators who offers activities are very well aware of the property for pickups and drops which is convenient when making any bookings. It's also great for someone who want to take pictures with hot balloons in background as their roof top cafe offers a very good valley view. They have a very friendly puppy who keeps everyone company
The rooms are not so well lit, so sometimes we had to lit up our phone flash, there isn't any cupboards as well to keep your used clothes.
