This was a basic hotel that was close to restaurants and walking distance to attractions

BED BUGS!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our original room had bed bugs in the bed, making it completely unacceptable to stay there.

After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but it was no better. It smelled strongly of mould, was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time.

We didn't feel safe or comfortable staying at the hotel, so we ended up booking a different hotel and leaving early.

The cleanliness throughout the property was shocking, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Personalul ok.

Cons:

Camera mica, nu era curata, in baie mirosea a mucegai, nu aveam para de dus la baie, prosoape si lenjerii de pat ingalbenite, mobila veche si uzata. Hotel localizat intr-o zona cu multa mizerie pe strada.

Cons:

Cafeaua....care era doar ness si atat!!!
Si faptul ca daca solicitai ceva trebuia sa spui de 3-4 ori pana ti se aducea.
Apa si pliculete ,,cu ness" nu am vazut decat atunci cand ne am cazat,lenjeria nu a fost schimbata deloc in 5 zile( nu stiu daca trebuia sa solicit si asta) ....iar micul dejun ff.slab ( in fiecare zi aceeasi mancare cu putine sortimente).
In rest....cat de cat ok....iar daca ar fi sa mai vizitez Istanbulul cu siguranta as alege alta locatie.
