Замечательный, очень чистый и уютный отель, вид на море и знаменитый фуд-квартал за углом!
Pros:

Отличный номер! Очень чисто и уютно. Расположение с видом на море и в самом сердце Лалели. В двух шагах находится самый знаменитый гастрономический квартал Стамбула. Особая благодарность персоналу за гостеприимство и помощь по всем вопросам! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Мне понравилось абсолютно все! Замечаний нет!

Hayal kırıklığı!!!!
Cons:

Tesiste hiç konaklamadık.
Öncelikle tesisin konumu oldukça kötüydü. Bunun yanı sıra müşteri memnuniyeti ve misafire gösterilen saygı maalesef sıfırdı.
Rezervasyon öncesinde telefonda görüştüğümüzde, otelin kendisine ait özel ve güvenli bir otoparkı olduğu söylendi. Ancak bu bilgi tamamen yanlıştı.
Ayrıca, otele yaklaşık kaçta varacağımızı sabah yola çıkmadan önce telefonda net bir şekilde bildirmiştik. Buna rağmen otele ulaştığımızda resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Kendilerini aradığımızda “bir yere kadar gittik, hemen geliyoruz” dediler ve bizi yaklaşık 30 dakika beklettiler.
Aracımızı nereye park etmemiz gerektiğini sorduğumuzda ise otelin önüne park etmemizi, oranın kendilerine ait park alanı olduğunu söylediler. Ancak otel çok dar bir sokakta bulunuyordu ve sürekli araç trafiği vardı. Bu nedenle hem park alanı güvenli değildi hem de bize önceden vaat edilen özel otopark kesinlikle yoktu.
Tüm bu olumsuzluklar nedeniyle tesiste kalmaktan vazgeçtik ve son anda başka bir otel bulmak zorunda kaldık. Bu durum bize hem maddi olarak ek masraf çıkardı hem de ciddi bir zaman kaybına neden oldu. Maalesef yaşadığımız deneyim nedeniyle bu tesisi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Le personnel était accueillant. Ils ont également été bienveillant lorsque mon mari ne se sentait pas bien, j'ai appréciée.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés une semaine avec les mêmes draps et les mêmes serviettes. De plus, la poubelle débordait, car personne ne venait la vider ni nettoyer la chambre. Il a fallu relancer plusieurs fois le personnel pour qu'elle soit enfin vidée. Côté hygiène et entretien, il y a clairement des améliorations à apporter. Au final, j'avais même prit la couette dans le placard pour mettre sur le lit car les draps étaient sales

Établissement bien situé, mais il n’y a eu aucun service ménage

Hôtel bien situé géographiquement à proximité de la mosquée bleu et des commerces

Cons:

Aucun équipement pour la douche. Ménage non fait durant les 6 jours de voyages. Nous avons gardé les mêmes serviettes, à la fin du séjour la chambre était une catastrophe vu que aucun ménage a été fait.
