Pros:

Номер чистий, меблі відносно нові, ремонт був у цьому п'ятиріяччі. Розташування чудове - все поруч - магазини, кафе, історичні пам'ятки. Персонал привітний😊

Cons:

Чайник старий, сміття можно було б і викидати щодня, з вікна не море, а стіну показували🤣

Від сусідів чутно все.

Pros:

Although there was an issue with the room on their side, we had booked two rooms but received only one. They did everything possible to find us alternative accommodation nearby since their hotel was fully booked. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Stressful relocation experience despite having a confirmed reservation.
Pros:

The receptionist was kind and tried his best to help us find another hotel with similar conditions nearby.

Cons:

Our confirmed room at Hopefull Hotel was not available when we arrived. We were moved between different hotels on foot with luggage while my wife is pregnant, which was very stressful and exhausting for her.

We were finally relocated to The BAIL Hotel, but during the night the elevator became unusable when we returned to our room. My pregnant wife had to use the stairs to go up and down two floors, which was difficult and unsafe for her condition.

The next morning there was oil on the floor around the elevator area because of maintenance work, and the elevator was again unusable.

Although the problem originally came from Hopefull Hotel, I was also asked to pay an additional 12 euros at the other hotel.

Overall, the experience was stressful and not suitable for a pregnant woman.

SCAM !!!! Nu rezervati la aceasta proprietate!! SCAM !!!!!

Acest anunt este fake in momentul de fata, veti primi o cazare groaznica in alta locatie.

Cons:

Am rezervat cu vreo luna inainte, am achitat fara drept de anulare, iar in ziua in care trebuia sa facem check-in-ul, pe la ora 15 am primit un mesaj prin care mi s-a transmis ca si-au schimbat adresa si un nr de contact al unui domn care ma va prelua. Din start am simtit ca e ceva dubios. Ajung la locatie, il sun pe domnul respectiv, habar nu avea despre situatie, dar mi-a confirmat ulterior dupa ce a discutat cu ,,prietenul lui care detine Hopefull hotel" si ca el ne va caza in proprietatea lui. Dupa niste discutii aprinse in care ne trimitea ,,sa ne descurcam acolo unde am rezervat, sau sa fac cerere pe booking sa imi restituie banii si sa ma descurc", iar dupa ce au venit si un alt grup de romani cate au fost si ei țepuiti prin aceeasi metoda, multe discutii, noi fiind obositi de pe drum, abia a reusit sa ne dea o camera in acea dughena, hotel nu se poate numi. Conditiile au fost groaznice, totul foarte vechi, saltelele foarte proaste, lenjeriile erau pișate dar impachetate frumos intr-un dulap care avea niste sertare blocate prin niste suruburi. Auzeam claxoanele de afara ca si cum masinile ar fi in pat langa mine si absolut orice vorbeau vecinii sau daca se uitau la tv, nu dispunea nici de parcare, am fost nevoit sa platesc si parcarea publica extra in acele zile. Deci a fost o mare teapa, am primit ceva complet diferit si incomparabil mai prost fata de ce am rezervat initial. Acest anunt este unul fake in momentul de fata, un carlig sa te agate. Am fost si la locatia fizica a acestui hotel si am observat ca era lacatul pus pe usa. Am rezervat aici fara banuieli fiindca am observat ca avea 300++ review-uri, dar chiar nu ma asteptam la un asemenea scam.
