Établissement bien situé, mais il n’y a eu aucun service ménage

Hôtel bien situé géographiquement à proximité de la mosquée bleu et des commerces

Cons:

Aucun équipement pour la douche. Ménage non fait durant les 6 jours de voyages. Nous avons gardé les mêmes serviettes, à la fin du séjour la chambre était une catastrophe vu que aucun ménage a été fait.

Misleading description, bad location for accessing by car, no actual parking
Pros:

the staff arranged a replacement room in Laos hotel nearby

Cons:

the room had one double bed whereas we selected 2 twin beds. after a bit of argument the host provided replacement room in Laos hotel nearby.
The hotel has no private parking despite description on the booking.com.
it is extremely difficult to get to the hotel by car, so i had to leave the car on a paid parking by the metro station.

Don't trust description on booking.com, always explicitly contact the hotel and ask for specific bed types and parking.

Pros:

Номер чистий, меблі відносно нові, ремонт був у цьому п'ятиріяччі. Розташування чудове - все поруч - магазини, кафе, історичні пам'ятки. Персонал привітний😊

Cons:

Чайник старий, сміття можно було б і викидати щодня, з вікна не море, а стіну показували🤣

Від сусідів чутно все.
