The apartment was located to provide good access to the Cappadocia tourist sites. It is in a residential street and quiet, but not really close to the centre of Ortahisar.
There is no reception. We were promised upgrade but it never happened. No sorry no excuse.

An excellent location for visiting the main sights of Cappadoccia. The appartment is very comfortable and clean. We parked on the main street just in front of the house, which, in the period we were there (mid March) was safe and easy. We were on the ground floor, so, in the evening, we could hear the appartments above us pulling the chairs and other pieces of furniture. Nothing really bothersome. All in all, it was a very comfortable option for our stay and we enjoyed it. The owner is also very helpful and responded very quickly every time when we contacted him.
(Even though we brought it with us, but) the appartment should have at least one tea towel, a knife that can be used to cut vegetables when cooking (and not eating) and one midsize saucepan. This is for the people who rent appartements in order to be able to cook.
Remarkable staff. They helped with anything and facilitate a very nice ballon experience with Voyager company. Great heating system inside the apartment. We have stayed for 6 nights with kids and everything.
Some small problems with the kitchen lights. .
Everything but the location.
The location was a bit remote because we didn’t drive. It would have been better if we had a car. However since we joined tours, we were able to be picked up from the apartment so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Nice location away from busy tourist areas. Had everything we needed
My wife and I had a great time. From what we know this is a new property, this is new -- and so full of so much promise. They have done a lot of things right, let me say. Maybe a few details are still to be worked on, but very nice. You will not be disappointed! Beautiful.
Communication could be better, but, like said, I am confident that the property will continue to improve. No bubble bath in the jacuzzi--bath salts. More cooking implements. To be High-end, then that is exactly what needs to be offered. Overall, a very good. Excellent.
