Nice location, not so nice room
Pros:

Nice location, inside a food hub. This is a good place if you want to avoid touristy areas and enjoy the local vibe.

Cons:

Room was setup in the attic, with small windows and smelling cigarette smoke. So a big NO for those with children.

Вежливый и улыбчивый персонал на ресепш.

Cons:

Сняли двойную стоимость за проживание, будьте внимательны при оплате в отеле!!!.
Отель деньги не вернул.
В номере не было ни одной вешалки, весь гель для душа из дозатора был на полу. Окна в номере не закрываются, поэтому весь шум на улице слышно. С парковкой очень сложно.

Accueil déplorable par le site
Pros:

L'emplacement semblait bon.

Cons:

La conversation avec la personne de l'hôtel qui figure d'ailleurs dans le chat de booking.
La personne a été exécrable, désagréable à tel point que j'ai même annulé mon séjour.
J'ai été contraint de passer 9h dans l'aéroport à cause d'elle et à cause de frais caché comme une navette qui coûte 60 € soit 3 fois le prix de la chambre qui était à 20 €. C'est une honte.
D'ailleurs je vous ai demandé le remboursement qu'ils ont refusé mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse de votre part.

Deeply Unethical: Lied to me, resold my room, kept my money
Pros:

They serve a very basic breakfast, but it's better than not having breakfast at all.

Cons:

I arrived at ~2 AM after flight delays, expecting a bed I’d already paid for. Instead, at reception I was told my reservation was canceled by Booking.com and that the cancellation fee was fully held by Booking.
After contacting Booking, they confirmed both statements were false:
- The reservation was canceled by the property (marked as no‑show due to late arrival).
- The full cancellation fee was charged by the hotel.
The hotel refused to accommodate me (they resold my room). I had to pay €30 to sleep at another hotel across the street.
When Booking confirmed that the reservation was canceled by the hotel, I asked the hotel whether it was fair to charge me and resell the same room. The hotel’s messages called it “procedure,” told me to “do your best,” and later blocked me on WhatsApp. On Booking.com messaging, they even denied reselling the room.
Facts:
- Misinformation at check‑in: staff told me Booking.com canceled and held the money — not true.
- Double monetization of the same night: the hotel kept my cancellation fee and sold the room to someone else.
- Contradictory and disrespectful communication: “Do your best,” blocking on WhatsApp, and inconsistent claims.
- Zero empathy or problem‑solving: no apology for misleading information; they even initially did not allow me to use breakfast the next morning (the other hotel did not offer breakfast).
I paid twice to sleep once (cancellation fee to this hotel + €30 to another hotel). This was the worst customer care I’ve experienced: untruthful, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I have screenshots of all conversations with the property confirming who canceled and who received payment.
If you choose this hotel for overnight stays near IST Airport and may arrive around midnight - do not book here.
There’s no flexibility, and you risk paying and not getting a room.
This behavior - reselling rooms while keeping cancellation fees and lying to guests - is completely unacceptable for an airport hotel

Трансфер через Стамбул.
Pros:

Це чудовий компактний готель,все чисто та затишно,в номері є все.Персонал дуже привітний,організували наш трансфер з та до аеропорту що є дуже зручно.Поряд є багато кафе де можна поїсти смачно та не дорого.Дякую Вам за гостинність.
