The staff is very nice, good communication in English, the room is clean, the air conditioning works, the doors should be repaired throughout the hotel, the noise of the broken doors is disturbing.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Bett war bequem.
Es ist sehr hellhörig. Unter den Zimmertüren war ein deutlicher Spalt. Die Reinigung kann man optional täglich anmelden. Schade, dass diese nicht immer gründlich erfolgte.
Es hat seinen erwartungen entsprochen. Sauber und das Personal war auch nett. Würde es weiter empfehlen.

Hotel is ok for its purpose. If you want to spend the whole day outside exploring Istanbul and only come to the hotel for sleeping and showering, it is perfect. If you want to spend your day at the hotel, it is not the right choice. The staff is really nice and forthcoming.

The staff was helpful. The only bad thing was area around this hotel. It was not very clean. Overall our experience was good.
The customer service and the receptionists where extremely patient with us and assisted us with what to explore in Istanbul and they had also let us use their personal phone to allow us to order food to the hotel the receptionists where Imam, Tariq and Amro. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists.
The location is good, lots of shops around and 10 min walk to tram station too. Staff was lovely and accomadated to our requests. Hotel breakfast is very good as well! The receptionist Anwar provided great customer service!!!

Nice Hotel In Istanbul
Der check in war völlig ok, Zimmer sind zwar ganz neu eingerichtet, leider sind die Wände soooo...dünn ,dass wir Gespräche der Nachbarn sehr gut hören konnten. Zudem war die Sauberkeit nicht so wirklich gut, da ist noch viel Luft nach oben..zum beispiel die Fensterbank ziemlich staubig ,in der Nachtisch Schublade leider noch " Reste " von dem vorherigen Gast...in der Dusche leider schwarze Haare, ich habe graue und mein enkelsohn blonde Haare.das Frühstück war ok,aber leider nicht wirklich große Auswahl und so gut wie jeden Tag dasselbe...aber die Küchenfee war super freundlich und zuvorkommend...auch der Manager,ein sehr netter junger Mann...alles in allem Fotos sind leider nie wirklich aussagekräftig und ich muss auch nicht nochmal nach Istanbul, wollte einfach nochmal dorthin, da ich meine Kindheit dort so gut wie in den Ferien verbracht habe...also, für einen städtetrip,ohne Ansprüche völlig ok aber mehr definitiv nicht...
Die Unterkunft ist in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, weg von der Hauptstraße mitten im authentischen Istanbul. Von der Unterkunft aus ist die Metro 10 min zu fuß erreichbar.
Ottimo albergo, personale molto gentile e cortese. Pulito, vicino alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici ottimo servizio. Da provare sicuramente per un viaggio ad Istanbul
