Great value for money for your needs
Pros:

The receptionist and canteen staff were great and give us warm welcome and quick responding to anything we need. Secondly the location is good. It was easy to find our needs such as grocery, cloths, desserts and restaurants and cafes

Cons:

The lift was too small. It was just enough for 2 to 3 persons. Other than that the hotel is great

Malgré ces points négatifs, nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Istanbul.
Pros:

La localisation est vraiment pratique, proche du tram et des zones touristiques, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied ou en transport. Il y a aussi plein de boutiques sympas et de commerces autour, l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter du séjour.

Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui reste très appréciable.

Cons:

Dès l’arrivée, une forte odeur de canalisation dans la chambre, ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable. En plus, l’isolation est mauvaise : on entend énormément le bruit dans les couloirs ainsi que les autres clients dans leurs chambres, difficile de se reposer correctement.

Les serviettes semblaient propres mais il y avait plein de cheveux dessus, ce qui donne une très mauvaise impression sur l’hygiène générale. Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié et manque clairement de choix.

Globalement, le ménage et l’entretien sont vraiment à revoir.

Great value, greal location, friendliest helpful reception desk staff!
Pros:

Top location - walking distance to major historic sites, and a tram stop to reach anywhere in the city.
Friendliest staff!!!!!! Front desk was excellent, caring, very helpful! Sending all my love and thanks to the guys!
Very clean, rooms are nice, albeit somewhat old.
Overall, a great stay in Istanbul if you are here to explore the city.

Cons:

Breakfast could use fresh fruit and vegetables, and plain yoghurt. There is a produce market right down the street, I don’t see why the property doesn’t use this opportunity. Then it might actually look like the pictures))))

The staff is very nice, good communication in English, the room is clean, the air conditioning works, the doors should be repaired throughout the hotel, the noise of the broken doors is disturbing.

Wenn man einen Schlafplatz braucht ist es völlig ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Unter den Zimmertüren war ein deutlicher Spalt. Die Reinigung kann man optional täglich anmelden. Schade, dass diese nicht immer gründlich erfolgte.

Pros:

Hotel is ok for its purpose. If you want to spend the whole day outside exploring Istanbul and only come to the hotel for sleeping and showering, it is perfect. If you want to spend your day at the hotel, it is not the right choice. The staff is really nice and forthcoming.

Pros:

The customer service and the receptionists where extremely patient with us and assisted us with what to explore in Istanbul and they had also let us use their personal phone to allow us to order food to the hotel the receptionists where Imam, Tariq and Amro. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists.

The location is good, lots of shops around and 10 min walk to tram station too. Staff was lovely and accomadated to our requests. Hotel breakfast is very good as well! The receptionist Anwar provided great customer service!!!
