Hergün oda kartini güncellemek benim açımdan Mantikli değildi gece geç geldiğim zamanlarda resepsiyonisti beklemek zorunda kaldım. Ve yatak çok rahatsız edici.

Pros:

İk had telefonisch contact gehad om te verzoeken voor een twee keer 1 persoons bed.! Was akkoord maar toen we aankwamen hadden ze alleen 1 keer kingsize bed.
Verder was de ontbijt zeer matig.
Prijs kwaliteit niet goed

Pros:

Generalnie pokoje są czyste i dosyć wygodne. W przypadku niektórych pokoi na najwyższym piętrze jest ładny widok na część azjatycką i morze Marmara. Moja ocena byłaby zdecydowanie wyższa, gdyby organizacja w hotelu była sprawniejsza.

Cons:

Obsługa w większości nie mówi po angielsku. W zasadzie miałem problem nawet z tym, żeby zamówić kawę do śniadania. Śniadania, są OK, ale raz dostaliśmy kompletnie zimne frytki a napoje serwowane sa po długim czasie oczekiwania. Mieliśmy też bardzo duże zamieszanie z pokojami. Nie dostaliśmy 2 pojedynczych łóżek, tak jak było bookowane - co prawda hotel rozwiązał problem dając nam tymczasowo 2 pokój, ale to oznaczało koniecznośc przeprowadzki na drugi dzień. Kilkukrotnie mieliśmy też problem z działaniem kart dostępowych do pokoi.

Perfect Short Stay
Pros:

Booked last minute for a business trip and this hotel did not disappoint.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing hospitality from staff incredible upgrade with the Jacuzzi
I cannot wait to come back with my partner in a few weeks time. Absolutely amazing time clean spotless.

The view is amazing. All amenities perfect location too.

Pros:

Soukromé parkování, pohodlná postel. Velmi příjemní zaměstnanci.

Cons:

Ubytovat jsme se mohli od 14:00. Přijeli jsme v 15:15 a paní na recepci nám řekla že náš pokoj není stále připraven a že máme počkat 30minut. Sice se nám omlouvala ale i tak bylo nepříjemné po dlouhé cestě ještě čekat,

A very disappointing stay — let down by hygiene, comfort, and service.
Pros:

The one genuine positive was the view from the room we were moved to. After we noticed at check-in that our original room was in poor condition, we were upgraded to a room with a lovely outlook — though this was more of a fix for a problem than a real highlight of the stay.

Cons:

Serious hygiene problems: the bathroom in our original room had hair / a clump of hair in the shower. We reported it to reception immediately, but they refused to clean it themselves, as no housekeeping staff were on site. As a result, we couldn't use the shower that night.
After being moved, the bathroom in the new room had a strong, unpleasant smell.
The mattresses were very uncomfortable and had a noticeable sag in the middle.
The toilet lid was not fixed in place and kept falling off.

Das Personal machte leider keinen besonders engagierten oder aufmerksamen Eindruck. Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind ansonsten sehr schön, jedoch wirken die Frühstücksteller aus Plastik unpassend und entsprechen nicht dem sonst hochwertigen Eindruck des Hotels.

The room was clear ... I asked for single big bed they gave me a 3 singel bed room staf was nice and politely answering my questions

Cons:

Location is terrible for the hotel ...far away from any turistik and transport
" The Breakfast" is something that it's on paper but in reality it's just a table with needed ingredients to be called breakfast
I asked for coffee Out Of Stock just tea
I asked for Pogaca or Simit ( something that istambul is proud off ) No we don't have
The corridors to come to the breakfast restorant is 3 stairs up 2 down ( 3 times from ground floor)

Up on a hill hotel, far from the city.

Cons:

The receptionist at the desk was not that friendly, plus I waited over an hour after the check in time for my room to be ready. The receptionist offered to give us a room that was ready, that was a lower level than what we had paid for. The breakfast is on a tray with the same items for 2 days.
