Pros:

I was lucky to get a room with a good view on the third floor, and the sunsets over the ocean there were really fabulous to watch - they made the stay worthwhile. It was a shame that when I decided to extend because I was feeling so pleased with the outlook, I went online, paid a little bit extra to have the same room, but then a pretty staff girl downstairs insisted I owed her cash to retain the same room. I suspect it went in her pocket. But who knows. If you appreciate a good view, it's a good spot. Just mind the staff.

Exceptional stay. No complaint!
Pros:

A great hotel in a wonderful area near Çamlıca Tower. Fantastic view from up the hill. Very calm, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I loved our stay at the hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Cons:

I loved the location, the heating, the welcoming and very nice staff. The understanding manager.

The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was barely hot water in the toilet, the toilet window was badly fitted, so there was cold air coming into the room all night.

Did the job but not the best service.

Reception is nice

Cons:

Room was really smelly & bugs everywhere. I went there for surgery and wasn’t mobile. I called the restaurant to order food at 4pm and they said to call reception to order. I phoned reception and they said to call the restaurant. Back and fourth until the restaurant said they would call me back & put the phone down. I waited until 6pm and no call. Called reception and they said they couldn’t help me, I told them I wasn’t able to leave my room due to surgery and I was really hungry but they just didn’t care. Anyway, if you’re going to Istanbul for surgery and relying on room service do not go here.

Wasted Potential.
Pros:

The view was amazing

Cons:

I booked the place for its hot tub, it was so dirty that I didn’t even dare to go in once. It wasnt thoroughly cleaned. Bed was also uncomfortable.
