Pros:

Sehr schöne, moderne Anlage. Betten komfortabel, Sanitärräume sehr gepflegt. Bis ins kleine Detail alles durchdacht. Das beste war, dass unser Zimmer upgegrated wurde. Der Aussicht war somit unvergesslich.
Personal sehr sehr freundlich.
Bin oftmals in Istanbul. In Zukunft wird diese Anlage mein erster Wahl sein.

Pros:

I was lucky to get a room with a good view on the third floor, and the sunsets over the ocean there were really fabulous to watch - they made the stay worthwhile. It was a shame that when I decided to extend because I was feeling so pleased with the outlook, I went online, paid a little bit extra to have the same room, but then a pretty staff girl downstairs insisted I owed her cash to retain the same room. I suspect it went in her pocket. But who knows. If you appreciate a good view, it's a good spot. Just mind the staff.

Exceptional stay. No complaint!
Pros:

A great hotel in a wonderful area near Çamlıca Tower. Fantastic view from up the hill. Very calm, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I loved our stay at the hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Cons:

I loved the location, the heating, the welcoming and very nice staff. The understanding manager.

There was barely hot water in the toilet, the toilet window was badly fitted, so there was cold air coming into the room all night.
