Pros:

People - they were very helpful. I would single out Gamze and Emre at the reception and Mustafa and Murat from the support team

Cons:

I would say nothing in particular. The only area of improvement would be breakfast - at times the strays would be empty and we had to request them to fill it up

Die Unterlunft ist im großen und ganzen empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir haben ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 und 3 Jahre alt) gebucht.
Ergänzend hatten wir über Booking.com ein Babybett angefragt, was das Hotel uns darauf auch gleich zugesichert hat. Wir hatten uns dies mehrmals bestätigen lassen, da für unser Kleinkind das Verletzungsgefahr ja groß ist. Doch leider haben wir vor Ort mitgeteilt bekommen, dass keine Babybetten verfügbar sind und der erste Abend war somit erstmal ein Alptraum.
Zudem waren die anderen Familienzimmern u.a. durch anderes Klientel besetzt, so dass ein reger Verkehr und Schallpegel bis spät in die Nacht die Regel war. Sogleich in der ersten Nacht hatte der Nachbar von oben bis 4 Uhr Nachts eine lebhafte Unterhaltung, man könnte meinen im Treppenhaus, geführt. Dies auch vielleicht, weil die Wände relativ hellhörig waren.

Bei meiner Beanstandung am nächsten Tag zeigte das Hotelpersonal sich äußerst verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit.
Insbesondere der Verkaufsleiter Herr Ömer hat eine Anstrengung unternommen und uns einen, wie ich annehme, neuen Babybett im Zimmer aufstellen lassen.
Den Störenfried wiederum hat man in den Geschoss darüber verlagert und es kehrte sofort Ruhe ein.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen sauber und ordentlich. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde der Boden im Bad nicht konsequent abgewischt und der Teppichboden auch nicht konsequent staubgesaugt.

Hotel much superior to other hotels in the area. I recommend
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Since we arrived we were welcomed by our host at the reception Gemze who was very kind and very nice, she immediately understood our situation and needs moving very quickly to install us in our room. The next day the same Gemze surprised us again by asking us if we wanted fruit in the room or if we had everything we needed and if not to not hesitate to ask for anything we needed being again very kind and nice. The hotel was very clean and equipped with all our needs. The staff was also of a much higher quality than other hotels. We will definitely not miss this hotel on our next return to Ambarli Istanbul because I can say that we felt at home. I recommend it with confidence.

Our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is quiet and peaceful, away from noise and congestion. Breakfast was varied, catering to different tastes, and offered excellent value for money.
The staff and service were welcoming and cooperative from the moment of arrival. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Sema for her professionalism and outstanding attention, as she ensured continuous support throughout our stay. Based on our positive experience, we decided to extend our stay, which clearly reflects the high standard of the hotel.
This property truly deserves more than five stars. We highly recommend it with full confidence and look forward to visiting again.

Personal an der Rezeption war nett.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht gut, keine kalte Getränke, keine Kaffee, Butter hatten wir nur an einem Tag, kein Obst, Brot meistens nur Weißbrot und vonm Vortag.
