Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Since we arrived we were welcomed by our host at the reception Gemze who was very kind and very nice, she immediately understood our situation and needs moving very quickly to install us in our room. The next day the same Gemze surprised us again by asking us if we wanted fruit in the room or if we had everything we needed and if not to not hesitate to ask for anything we needed being again very kind and nice. The hotel was very clean and equipped with all our needs. The staff was also of a much higher quality than other hotels. We will definitely not miss this hotel on our next return to Ambarli Istanbul because I can say that we felt at home. I recommend it with confidence.
Hotell Customers servicing was good
Our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is quiet and peaceful, away from noise and congestion. Breakfast was varied, catering to different tastes, and offered excellent value for money.
The staff and service were welcoming and cooperative from the moment of arrival. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Sema for her professionalism and outstanding attention, as she ensured continuous support throughout our stay. Based on our positive experience, we decided to extend our stay, which clearly reflects the high standard of the hotel.
This property truly deserves more than five stars. We highly recommend it with full confidence and look forward to visiting again.
Personal an der Rezeption war nett.
Frühstück war nicht gut, keine kalte Getränke, keine Kaffee, Butter hatten wir nur an einem Tag, kein Obst, Brot meistens nur Weißbrot und vonm Vortag.
Booked for my father to visit his friend in Istanbul. He liked airport VIP transfer(for which you pay seperately), staff are friendly and helpful, clean room. I was able to contact the staff before my father arrival by phone, messages on booking.com, and WhatsApp, and they helped him to know the area around. If there was a way to give a tip online, I would gladly do. Many thanks

Хороший отель , Мустафа , Мурат и еще один работник с ресепшена, который был в день моего приезда (забыла его имя) были очень внимательными , дружелюбными. За знание и перевод моего языка - отдельное спасибо, это приятно !
Konnte bißchen Sauber sein die Sessel waren schon sehr schmutzig man konnte nicht mit Guten Gewissen hinsetzen Betten waren ok
