Location is strong point. It’s conveniently situated because near public transport, attractions, city certer. However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. The toilet facilities were subpar because unclean,which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning standards were not satisfactory,the room not proper tided, visible dirt.Another challenge was the lack of a lift, requiring guests to use a very narrow staircase to reach their rooms, which was inconvenient, especially for those with luggage or mobility issues. Overall, while the location is great, the hotel needs improvements in cleanliness, facilities, and accessibility to enhance the guest experience.”

No heater in the winter, smoking smell, bed was not clean, not enough lights in the hallways and room, loud music from a nearby night club, no elevator.
