Close to main Boulevard and plenty of shops cafes and food options around.

Cons:

No elevator and the room was on the forth floor. Had to carry my suitcase all alone. On the check out day the reception desk clerk was sleeping on a foldable bed behind it and didn't bother getting up to even collect the key.

All the photos of this hotel appear to be generated or heavily manipulated using AI and do not reflect the real condition of the property. In reality, the hotel looks nothing like what is shown in the images. The actual environment is in very poor condition and is not suitable for staying. The rooms, facilities, and overall cleanliness are significantly worse than what is advertised, making the property highly disappointing and essentially unlivable.

Better find something else, than stay here.

Stairs, stairs, stairs. They’re everywhere and there’s no elevator.
Dirty and cold, the rooms are far from the photos. In one room the air conditioner wasn’t working at all. The bathroom is a nightmare. All dirty, rusty and the door wasn’t closing at all.
It’s truly a miracle that we haven’t met any bed bugs, but I was itchy after sleeping in that bed.
Also we had a view of the roof with the enormous amount of garbage.
And there’s no sound isolation, I was listening to the nearest club’s music all night.
We were literally praying for the end of our stay here.

Заявлялось что номер 2 комнаты 50 м.кв.
Фактически комнаты по 10 м.кв., коридор и с/у. Общая не более 30м.кв. Окна на помойку, дискотека до 3х ночи, помогали немного AirPods с шумуоподавлением. Пол - размокший ламинат после потопа, ржавая сантехника, грязь.
При бронировании было указано что возможно бесплатно отменить бронь но в заявке отказали. Завтраки заказать нельзя.
