Really liked the location of the property, its very central however owner can easily gain 5 star rating had he paid little attention to the bathroom and beddings etc. otherwise apartment itself is spacious and safe. Make sure you have internet access otherwise there is no one there to answer the apartment door or no reception. You need to keep in touch with owner to arrange arrival time and availability of someone to handover the apartment keys.

Walkable distance, Good spacious rooms, but as a tourists we need good Wifi connections to plan ahead for the days. Wifi was really really bad...

good location...but problem with non English spaking staff and no elevation...we hard hard time bringing our luggage and the old man keep asking for tip everytime we ask him to do things

This appartement should not be rented. Staying there would put your health at risk. It is an underground apartment with no windows. The humidity is so high that mushroom plants have grown inside. There is dust falling from all the walls. The toilet and shower use a pump that can stop working and create a flood of shit. This problem happened to me and they did not move me to an other apartment and not even clean it. I had to manage all by myself and do the cleaning by myself. This opinion concerns the apartment that I rented and described as economical and I was surprised that it is a basement. This building is not a hotel .It has a good location. close to public transport and the old town of Antalya. So just avoid renting the economical appartement.

Araba park etmek icin herhangi bir yer yok ve sokakta da birakabileceginiz bir yer yok otoparklara birakmaniz gerekebilir. Calisanlari gayet iyiydi teşekkürler

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Apart hotel Antalya. Initially we stayed in the basement Apartment. There were no windows. Apartment was spacious and had a little kitchen and shower room. Toilet got blocked and they gave us the mezzanine floor apartment. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are helpful. Cleanliness is something that hotel can work on. Location is great as it is in front of the old bazar and beach is near by. Tram station as well as bush stop is near by. Shopping facilities are at walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

The receptionist is very nice and helpful, the apartment was clean and quiet. Easy to access in. Nearby to the Old bazar and Old Marina.

Penceresiz,rutubetli, havasız .Depo gibi bir oda.
