The staff were very friendly, offering tea and coffee all-day-long. Breakfast was also good and the rooms were well-maintained. I did not use the spa downstairs, but they offer massages there too.
The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up.
The staff were very nice we moved to 3 different rooms and they were very helpful.
Nearly all the rooms smelt of cigarettes not nice when you don’t smoke.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent staff and service
Staff worked hard and tried to please despite having no English language skills.
No swimming pool despite it advertised as such on Booking.com. No proper bar facilities. Very dangerous location so not safe to venture out alone.

Good breakfast.
Rooms saturated with cigarette smoke and in need of renovation. Additionally, the rooms were poorly soundproofed, so the noise from neighboring rooms was disturbing.
Reception area and dining room good.
We arrived to be told we did not have a reservation,I produced my Booking .com receipt and after some time our reservation was found however it was a very small room ,which was not clean or in good condition.
The location was perfect and staff are very friendly and helpfull!
The shower in one room was not good, the receptionist lady was kind enough to provide me another room for taking a shower. Breakfast was nice but half of it was empty and they were cleaning up around 9:30 no refills on the emptied food.
The hotel room was big and comfy beds.
The staff did not speak much english, it was very hard to communicate.
Also at night it was crowded by different men and it did not look safe for a woman.
It is located 20 min walk to the centre.
There was not a kettle to make tea or coffee.
A royal value. A spacious, clean room. Courteous, considerate and intelligent staff. Restaurant meal was fantastic quality with a big portion in an upscale venue at the same price as a local cheap eatery. Breakfast was healthy enough. Plus a quiet and relaxing complementary sauna downstairs at the spa helped recover from driving in traffic.
The critical reviews—although they’re fascinating for sociology. Some feel entitled to live like a king for the price of a peasant. As automaton plebs short-circuit at the sight of rusty sink handles and other trivial disrepairs, at least I’m learning to read the clown world matrix better and ironically but not surprisingly, the worst rated hotel I stayed at in Turkey, turned out to be the best value.
