Pros:

there is no reception, in case of fire all vacationers will burn, there is no heating, we barely got through on the phone so that I could answer and they answered on the 3rd day. unsafe

Pros:

No specific pictures of the type rooms so it's difficult to know what to expect.
Our room was clean but horrible. We had rented 14 nights but only stayed one. Life is too short to endure such a place. Rated 1 out of 10. The one just because it was clean.
Front desk was suppose to be 24/7 but the 3 trips down that we took to the front desk, it was abandoned.
Bed was hard and covered with just a flat sheet that was too small. The mattress was uncovered in only 5 minutes in the bed. Didn't matter how many times it was retucked, you still ended up sleeping directly on a mattress. That's bad enough with your own, but unacceptable in a hotel. Couldn't they spring in the budget for fitted sheets?
There was no chairs in the bedroom or sitting room. Just a big empty space. Only chairs in the apartment were metal kitchen chairs. So, no place to relax or live in the apartment.
Felt like we were in a prison apartment. This landlord, obviously doesn't care about people being comfortable.
It was not even good for one night and absolutely no way for two weeks.
We requested a refund but got $0 for the apartment management and zero help from Expedia.
Expedia hid behind the owner. I'll never use them again for hotel securing.
