الاجمل الموقع خيالي عند البورت والاروع كانت التجربة من مالك الفندق الاستاذ بلال وطاقم العمل بداية من تسجيل الدخول مع السيد Emir وقت تسجيل الدخول ثم الصباح نزلت استفسر من الاستقبال الاستاذ عمر وكان مالك الفندق السيد بلال جالس في احد الكراسي وسمع اني استفسر عن كيفية نقل الحقايب وافراد اسرتي الى مدخل غلاتا بورت ميناء اسطنبول لكروز ارويا مباشره ضيفوني شاهي تركي ووصلني شخصيا بسيارته الخاصه مع الحقائب والاستاذ عمر وصل كرسي متحرك لاحد افراد عائلتي سيرا على الاقدام ،، هذا كامل بدون اي ليره تركيه وساعدني بسياره ثانيه عن طريقه مجانا ،، حرفيا هذا النوع من الضيافه والمساعده هي باختصار شهامة وكرم ومروءه ،، الموقف اصبح من ادارة عمل تجاري الى تعامل اخوي انساني شكرا شكرا من القلب لهم للاستاذ بلال وفريق عمل الفندق عمر وباقي زملائهم ، الفندق يستحق والله الاشاده لقربه من الموقع وديكور الغرف مودرن ومرتب انا بالنسبه لي موقف المساعده والدعم والترحيب والضيافة صنعت لي تجربة لا تنسى تبقى في الذاكرة لهذا الكرم ،،

Pros:

I had an excellent experience at Dream Inn Karaköy. The hotel offers stunning sea views and is perfectly located with easy access to the Bosphorus and many of Istanbul’s most popular attractions.

The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very enjoyable. What truly made the difference, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by Ömer Uykan. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and memorable.

I highly recommend Dream Inn Karaköy to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a hotel that combines beautiful views, comfort, excellent accessibility, and exceptional service.

Pros:

The location is amazing, as everything is easily accessible on foot, so we never had to take a taxi; I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and approachable. I would like to recognize Damla and Mehmet for their support and assistance.
