Great location and excellent staff at the hotel.
Pros:

The staff is just amazing, David, Amir and Ayhan were wonderful, nothing is too much to ask. They know the city and they take excellent care of their guests.

Charming hotel in a great location that offers good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and were sure to check if we needed anything. It's a 3* Hotel so we expected basic amenities. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and sufficient. There is a working air condition unit in the room that you can turn on as you like. We were there in July so it was very hot and we needed to use it. It's in a great neighborhood, fun to explore, close by to take the ferry to the European side and other sites. Because it's an old historic building it has a lot of charm and character, but the floor boards in our room near the balcony door were a bit broken, not that this was a problem for us. It was quite loud outside until about 2m one of the nights. So if you are someone very sensitive to noise, you would want ear plugs, or if noise is a deal breaker for you then this might not be the place for you. But again, for us this was not an issue. I think the value for money is totally reasonable and I would happily stay again.

Pros:

The old building and wooden floor.
We were able to check in early

Cons:

Could hear the blasts from a night club nearby. There is another hotel in between so I can't imagine what they are hearing there. It was annoying but didn't prevent us from sleeping.
Overall it would benefit from a little bit of maintenance.
I thought the deluxe room would be bigger.

Pros:

Kadıköy'de konaklamak için gerçekten çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız. Otelin konumu zaten harika, her yere çok rahat ulaştık. En çok da çalışanların ilgisi bizi mutlu etti. Özellikle Emin, Emir ve Davut'a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü davrandılar, sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular ve her konuda yardımcı oldular.

Odalar ve otelin genel temizliği de çok iyiydi, bu konuda içimiz çok rahat etti. Kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissettik. Böyle güzel hizmet veren insanlara denk gelmek artık çok kolay olmuyor. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler!

Pros:

David is an excellent host, super attentive and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a safe and centric area. Our room had air conditioner and was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Its a bit noisy outside and you can hear the people walking outside in the hallway.
