Dimora Hotel Kadıköy

The staff were very kind and were sure to check if we needed anything. It's a 3* Hotel so we expected basic amenities. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and sufficient. There is a working air condition unit in the room that you can turn on as you like. We were there in July so it was very hot and we needed to use it. It's in a great neighborhood, fun to explore, close by to take the ferry to the European side and other sites. Because it's an old historic building it has a lot of charm and character, but the floor boards in our room near the balcony door were a bit broken, not that this was a problem for us. It was quite loud outside until about 2m one of the nights. So if you are someone very sensitive to noise, you would want ear plugs, or if noise is a deal breaker for you then this might not be the place for you. But again, for us this was not an issue. I think the value for money is totally reasonable and I would happily stay again.

Kadıköy'de konaklamak için gerçekten çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız. Otelin konumu zaten harika, her yere çok rahat ulaştık. En çok da çalışanların ilgisi bizi mutlu etti. Özellikle Emin, Emir ve Davut'a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü davrandılar, sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular ve her konuda yardımcı oldular.

Odalar ve otelin genel temizliği de çok iyiydi, bu konuda içimiz çok rahat etti. Kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissettik. Böyle güzel hizmet veren insanlara denk gelmek artık çok kolay olmuyor. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler!

David is an excellent host, super attentive and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a safe and centric area. Our room had air conditioner and was clean and tidy.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls wurden bessere Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt wenn diese noch nicht belegt waren.
Auch waren die Zimmer sauber und aufgeräumt.

Hotel muy bien situado en Kadıköy, cerca de toda la zona turística, pero en un lugar más tranquilo. La atención de David ha sido excelente y ha estado siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hemos dormido en la habitación familiar que está en la planta baja, al lado de recepción y estaba perfecta, amplia, limpia y con camas confortables.

Супер сервис и забота со стороны персонала отеля! Увидев, что моя супруга беременна, сотрудник ресепшена предложил бесплатно переселиться в номер категорией повыше на первом этаже, чтобы не приходилось забираться по лестнице. А после любезно согласился хранить наши покупки в течение недели, во время нашей поездки на море.

Wir hatten ein schönes, kleines Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, so dass es nicht zu heiß wurde.

Very cosy and clean

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral Davut was erg meedenkend en oplossingsgericht.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and helpful! The location was also great and very central / easy to get to the centre but was still nice and quiet.

必要最低限のものは揃っており、港からも近く、とても便利でした！
スタッフの方もとても親切で、朝5時にチェックアウトしないといけなかったのですが、私の事を待ってくれて、荷物を下ろすのを手伝ってくれました！
