Enjoy a local stay
Pros:

Staffs gave me a warm welcome.
The room eqipped sufficient facilities for a stay. There are various interesting restaurants, shops, and hamamis in the surrounding area.
I enjoyed Istanbul just like a local resident.

Cons:

The price was not so much lower than other downtown hotels of Istanbul.

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, прямо рядышком с вапурами, с обменниками, ресторанами. Конечная остановка автобусов, идущих с аэропорта Ist и Sabiha

Everything about our stay was seamless. First off, a huge thank you to David—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
​The location is unbeatable. You are essentially a 2-minute walk from the center, and it’s perfectly walkable to the ferry ports and the train station, which made sightseeing so easy. As for the rooms, they are absolutely 'cute' and well-designed—compact but they have exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, cozy, and highly recommende

It was super awesome, we liked the experience very much.
David was extremely helpful and was answering via whatsapp even at the late hours.

Clean rooms, soft beds, pleasant smell and dimmed lights - which all is important for me.
Great location and not too noisy.

10 out of 10

Cons:

The rooms were small. It is not very comfortable for the long stay, but for a short trip it is absolutely worth your money

Pros:

The hotel has character, with wooden staircases and creaking floor boards, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, there's an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages, the location is super nice and convenient and provides all means of transportation within walking distance (bus, metro, metrobus, train, ferry).
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It's hard to find anything to complain about. There's only minute things like maybe a slightly noisy AC (not actually noisy - it's just making sounds, and I'm very sensitive to sounds so I noticed) or no light switch reachable from the bed.

Must stay when visiting Istanbul!
Pros:

What a perfect place to stay when visiting Istanbul! Staff were incredible and so helpful. Turkish coffee or tea made fresh for you. Awesome location - direct metro line to SAW airport and right by ferries to explore the city. Room clean and comfortable. A little noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of the city. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
