Pros:

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are cosy and clean, the bed is comfortable. In my room there was even a balcony with a table. People are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a minor issue with noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper, it’s better to use earplugs, no elevator if it is important for someone to know. Apart from that, it’s a great option for a short stay of a couple of nights.

Good place for a short stay
Pros:

Amazing location! I was during the Ramadan time so it was quiet, not sure how it is there during the other time of a year.

The staff was very helpful, polite and communicative, offered coffee and tea.

The room was small but quite comfortable. Good for a short stay.

Cons:

The cleaning could be done better - there was the dust in the bathroom on quite visible places. Some things have some wears and tears.
You need to take quite steep stairs to go up. Not a problem for me though.

Beautiful rooms!
Pros:

Kind staff and exceptional stylish rooms. Loved the wallpapers! Stayed with a group of nine in 5 different rooms. Each room had a different gorgeous wallpaper and every room was so cute!The rooms were spotless and the rooms had the best „clean“ scent. Couldn’t ask for more.
It’s location is very convenient. Kadiköy is simply vibrant and lovely and the ferry to the major sightseeing attractions is a highlight on its own.

La posizione e la disponibilità dello staff ottime!

Cons:

La nostra stanza è di medie/piccole dimensione, la trovo adatta per soggiorni non troppo lunghi (anche se sono certa della presenza di stanze piu grandi in struttura)

Friendly service and comfortable accommodation
Pros:

This hotel provides simple and comfortable accommodation at budget prices. However, what sets it apart of is the warmth of the staff. The check in experience was excellent and they also provided Turkish coffee. The location is also excellent in the centre of Kadikoy

На удивление приятный отель с очень обходительным персоналом (постоянно интересовались все ли хорошо, были готовы во всем помочь).
Попросила номер без запаха сигарет (в предыдущем отеле не смогла спать из-за этого) и с окнами, мне дали прекрасный номер.
Кровать удобная, белье чистое и свежее, сантехника работает. Читала до этого в отзывах жалобы на шум - мы ничего не слышали, прекрасно выспались.
Вещи можно было оставить после выселения, что очень удобно, если рейс вечером.

Perfect
Pros:

Location and services.
Davud did look after us and make us feel we are at home. Such a kind man.

Pros:

Небольшой симпатичный отель, близко от порта и от основных улиц и кафе, приятный персонал. Приятная цена. Чай, кофе, чайник, вода в номере.

Cons:

Чуть уставший, где-то кнопка сломана, нет зубного набора. Матрас немого продавлен, но спать удобно было.

Pros:

Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Быстро решали наши просьбы или вопросы. Отличное расположение, если вы хотите погулять по Кадыкею и азиатской части Стамбула в целом. Близко метро, на котором легко добраться до старого аэропорта, до нового менее удобно, но это ожидаемо с учётом его расположения и расстояния между ним и районом Кадыкей.
Рядом с отелем вокзал с паромами, можно за 20 минут с красивыми видами приехать в самый центр.
Вообше в пешей доступности много всего интересного, куча заведений, кофеен, набережная, парки и т.д

Cons:

Нам достался очень маленький номер, даже вдвоем было тесновато. Мало мест для хранения вещей
Наши друзья бронировали номер по тем же характеристикам, но у них он был раза в 1,5 больше и достаточно комфортный, с нормальным балконом.
Завтрак простой, не шведский стол.
Чтобы подняться в номер, нужно пройти по очень крутой винтовой лестнице. Нам было ок, но кому-то может быть неудобно.
Отель достаточно простенький, но в целом топ за свои деньги, если вы планируете много гулять и только завтракать/спать в номере, будет нормально. Расположение и цена компенсируют минусы.
Соответствовал ли номер нашим ожиданиям? Скорее, нет. Хорошо ли мы провели время и было ли нам комфортно, точно да.
