Everything was wonderful just the options for extra activities is that the recommendation were not the best. But the personal and the hotel the best. Also the breakfast everyday was amazing must try.
What a great hotel! We loved our very unique cave room. The room was spacious and comfortable! The hot tub was fun to have. Breakfast was tasty and the outdoor covered seating was pleasant. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We would recommend Noah’s Ark to anyone for a stay in Cappadocia!
Only caveat is the parking can be challenging. It is in a busy city centre and the hotel has only one or two dedicated parking spaces. There is ample street side parking within walking distance, which we figured out after the first night.
Loved the different terraces and balconies with great views over Göreme.

Lovely place to stay, the receptionist was super helpful in arranging our trips and quick to respond to our needs. Room was spacious and lovely. Would visit and stay again.

Excelente atención. Proveían de agua, café y té todo el dia. La habitación la sentimos oscura para nuestro gusto y tenía bañera pero al intentar usarla salía basura. El desayuno es libre pero no tiene mucha variedad.
Very clean, very beautiful suite and very kind and helpfull staff.
The room that we got is facing the road. It is huge room, clean and bed is comfortable. Floor is heated marble. Breakfast is ok for me . Not the greatest but it could fill you up. View on rooftop is great specially watching the balloons in the morning. It’s very near to restaurants, shops . The only poor thing is there reception area looks sketchy at first because they have right in front of the hallway. No designated reception area. They could have open the door by the next door store so they could make it as a reception area. Staff are friendly specially Efe. Speaks fluent English. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
一度は洞窟ホテルに泊まりたくて選びました。入り口が狭いですが、メインストリートに面した便利な所にあります。実際の洞窟を利用した部屋は幻想的で、素晴らしい体験でした。スタッフも親切で、いつも気遣ってくれ、色々とアドバイスをもらいました。感謝しています。

Otele ilk girdiğimizde görseldeki gibi değil diye bir korku yaşadık ama kapıdan içeri girdiğimizde görsel ile birebir aynı olduğunu gördük dıştan direk yargılamayın 😊 Gerçekten çok konforlu bir oteldi ,bizim odamız (301)hem en eski yapılardan olması,hem taş mağara hemde pencere ile havadar olması ekstra artı puan katıyordu.Biz jakuzi suyunda sıkıntı yaşadık sadece ,aşırı ısınma yoktu ama çokta üstünde durmadık kızım yeteri kadar eğlendi.Temizlik konusunda ilk girdiğimizde şampuan vb sabunlar yarımdı kahve kapsülleri kullanılmıştı temizlik açısından mükemmeldi diyemeyeceğim.Kahvaltı olarakta biraz çeşit azlığı vardı ama genel olarak şehirin yemek anlayışı biraz vasat ona bağladık bizde ama mutfaktaki sarışın hanımefendi elinden geldiğince yardımcı oldu sağolsun.konumu çok güzel balonlar da uçuş oldukça çok rahat göründü.Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık nespresso kahve makinası bile vardı benim için olması gerek tek şey olabilir :) ufak tefek şeyleri ENES beyin hatırına görmezden geldik. kendimizi bildik bileli hep seyahat ederiz Enes bey gibi ilgili kimse görmedik, en ufak detayına kadar yardımcı olup herşeye koşturdu ,gerçekten genel olarak personel kadrosu çok iyiydi umarım bozulmaz.Rotamızda tekrar burası olursa Enes beyin hatrına tekrar burayı tercih ederiz herşey için teşekkür ederiz.(simge taşkıner)
Friendly front desk and staffing
Her ley çok güzeldi. Bir gece kaldık. İnanılmaz kar kışın ortasında odamız sıcacıktı. Temizlik konusunda da hiç sıkıntımız olmadı. Çok güzel karşılandık ve uğurlandık. Çıkışımızı yaptıktan sonra bavullarımızı akşama kadar resepsiyonda bırakmamıza da izin verdiler rahat gezebilmemiz için. Her şey sorunsuzdu teşekkür ederiz!
Good location, very clean and excellent service from hotel staff.
Beautiful and clean hotel right in the heart of Goreme. Plenty to places to eat near by. We drove a car and found parking easy. Hotel staff was exceptional: attentive and helpful. We loved the rooms, found the beds comfortable and clean.

Öncelikle otele giriş yaptığımızda acıktığımızı dile getirdik otelde çorba bile yoktu. Bunun dışında gece meyve tabağı söyledik 800 tl ödeme alındı. Kahvaltısı maleser yeterli değildi. Oda gerçekten temizdi.
