Although with the negative parts, we understand it is an small peninsula filled with old houses so ofcourse there are so
Pros:

We like the house itself, really clean and the decoration was nice. Facilities were good. We were able to have our breakfast in the house during our stay, such a nice living room area and a kitchen they have, we enjoyed.

Cons:

Both bathrooms were smelly. 2nd room was too small, no space for opening your luggage and here was no wardrobe. There was a small leakage in the living room area when you are showering in the master bedroom. And the parking space for the car was in 5 min walk which is totally okay but considering the streets of Ayvalık, it was bit of struggle for us first to find the place, second with carrying our luggage.

Pros:

Villa harika dizayn edilmiş, tertemizdi, aradığımız ne varsa bulduk kesinlikle hiçbir eksik yoktu. Mevkiside çok iyidi. Keşke bizim olsa dediğimiz bir villaydı. :)))

Yukarı kattan tüm sesler ve yankomşunun sesi aşağı kata çok geliyor.

Pros:

Ev bugüne kadar kaldığımız en kaliteli malzemeler ile çok şık döşenmiş, TERTEMİZ ve konforlu evdi. Biz eve girmeden tüm ev soğutulmuştu, çok mutlu etti :)

Kötü yanı, bırakın evin önüne yanaşmayı, öyle bir ara sokakta ki yakınındaki otoparka kadar bile deneyimli sürücü değilseniz girmeniz zor. Eski taş yokuşlarda sıcakta eşya taşımak zulüm. Kısacası her tatilci tipi için uygun değil.

Kalabalık değilseniz Cunda standartlarına göre fiyat yüksek, ama sebebini eve girince anlayabiliyorsunuz, gerçekten her şey standart üstüydü.

Kalabalık ve uzun kiralamalar için çok keyifli zaman geçirilecek, sizin için her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş bir ev.

Pros:

Cundaliş Otel’de çok güzel ağırlandık. Odamızda bulunan her şey 5 yıldızlı bir otelde bulunan hiçbir şeyden eksik değildi. Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Otel sahiplerinin iletişime açık oluşu, yardımseverlikleri de oldukça hoştu. Gece güzel bir ada eğlencesinden sonra kaldığı yere kısa bir sürede dönmek isteyenler için konumu çarşıya yürüyerek iki dakika diyebilirim. Otoparkının olması da şehir dışından gelenler için çok büyük bir avantaj, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 😊
