Bright House Apart

Apartment spotless. No complaints about them. For information to other people wishing to book:
The walk into Dalyan centre is around 20/25 minutes. Quite a trek in the heat of the day. We used taxis £4 one way, so adds a fair amount to your spending money.
Staff at hotel/reception aren’t around much.
No snack bar onsite. Although you can buy soft drinks, water etc.
Maids will only change bed levels men and towels on request.
Bins aren’t emptied, it’s up to guests to attend to this, replacement bags are provided.
We didn’t use kitchen facilities, plenty of utensils, crockery, pots and pans at your disposal.
Smart TV has pre loaded apps, Netflix, Prime, Spotify. Remember to log out at the end of your stay.
Air con in bedroom and lounge, free of charge at time of writing.
Drawback: pool area loses sun around 4pm (late September)

Our stay at Bright House was very enjoyable.
The apartment is just as shown on the website.
Very modern and very clean.
Pool area is lovely to relax around.
Balcony is a decent size.
Everything you need for an enjoyable stay and staff are very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend.
A bit of a walk into the centre but walks off your meal on an evening. Daily an is also worth visiting.

Daire ,havuz ve bahçesi çok temizdi. Hotel sahibi ve kardeşi çok ilgiliydi. Havuz her gün temizleniyor. Dalyan merkez 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. 5 dakika mesafede her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılıyacağınız market var. İşletmeci Mehmet beye ve abisine teşekkür ederim.

Her şey çok güzeldi, sadece sivrisinekler bizi rahat bırakmadı (Tüm kapı pencerelerde sineklik olmasına rağmen) Sessiz sakin bir ortam, tertemiz, sahibi güleryüzlü ve yardımsever isteklerimizi anında yerine getirdi. Tavsiye ederim

Harika bir tatil oldu. Güler yüzlü, aile işletmesi olması, cana yakın ve çözüm odaklı tertemiz, lüks bir Apart ve fiyatı çok uygun. Fazlası var eksiği yok

Was exceptionally clean, the owners were lovely and very helpful, very friendly people even there sister who was in charge of cleaning was very kind.

Odamız geniş cok temiz eşyalar yeni mükemmeldi bence. Tekrar gelsem yine burayı tercih ederim.

Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there!
A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!)
Air con in both rooms( we had a one bedroom apartment) along with a king size bed.
The balcony overlooked the pool and a little sun trap first thing in the morning.
A TV in the lounge area that Mehmet set up for us in English!
We hired a Scooter for the duration and could park at the side of the property where the family lived and every morning the Mother would come out to greet us. The cleaning lady ( forgot her name) was also lovely, polite and very helpful in every way possible.
Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and also a small bar area with cold drinks available to purchase. Being only 8 rooms this place is a home from home and can’t praise the place enough. I holiday in Turkey 4-5 times a year and have truly found the place I can call my second home.

Odalar temiz ve kullanmak için tava tencere çatal kaşık gibi eşyalar bulunmaktaydı. Güzel yerdi tavsiye ederim.

Özellikle temizlik konusunda deneyimimizi paylaşmak isterim: Küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için içeride ayakkabı kullanmayalım dedik. Kendi bastığımız yerleri silmek için Vileda istedim. Başladım yerleri silmeye. Sonunda baktım ki suyun rengi bile değişmedi. Çocuk düşmesin diye yatağı duvara yasladık. Baktık yatağın altının bile diğer yerlerden farkı yoktu. Şimdiye kadar gittiğim en temiz mekan. Ayrıca tüm eşyalar yeni. Çok kullanışlı. Otel bir aile işletmesi... Mehmet ve Recep Bey abi-kardeş... Samimi insanlar. Otelin temizliğini yapan Derya Hanımı ablaları zannetmiştim ama calışan olduğunu otelden çıkarken öğrendim. Zira ilk girişimde calışanı için "ablam" tabirini kullanmıştı Mehmet bey. Bu da olumlu anlamda beni etkileyen bir başka detay. Yani calışanları bile aileden. Derya ablaya özellikle tesekkür ediyorum. Ev temizliğinde bir tatil yaşadık. Havuzu ilk gittiğim gün kullandım sadece. Ama oranın da her akşam titizlikle temizlendiğini şahit oldum.
