Sauberes, sehr zentralgelegenes, kostengünstiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum ist sehr, sehr gut, man kann die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ( Zug zum Flughafen, Metro) und die Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen.
Unser Zimmer lag an einer Straße, so dass es morgens und abends etwas laut war. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber es entsprach der Buchung. Wir hattenbauch schon ein größeres Zimmer mit einem großen Bad.
Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist super, so dass wir schon mindestens achtmal gebucht haben und es werden es bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Izmir wieder wählen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an der Straße war zu laut und die Matratzen etwas hart, was aber Geschmackssache ist.

Do tamanho do quarto. Ficamos no duplo standard 302.

Cons:

O colchão é horrível! Foram 3 noites muito mal dormidas, pois o colchão tem umas molas de FERRO q vc sente quando se deita! Para mim que sou magra foi péssimo! Ainda virei o colchão pra ver se melhoraria, mas não adiantou nada! O sistema da chave é por cartão com uma chave também, mas para que se tenha eletricidade, você precisa colocar o cartão no compartimento,porém quando você sai, tem q tirar o cartão, pois a porta só abre com ele, e com isso, toda a eletricidade desliga, INCLUINDO A GELADEIRA. Portanto, tudo que estiver na geladeira ficará e estará quente quando você retornar, o que é muito ruim. A ducha do box era muito fraca e a água era quente demais e você não conseguia regular! Quanto a localização não é nada agradável! Parece que você está em um local que acabou de sair de uma guerra! Quem mora no Brasil chamaria de favela. Apesar de não ser perigoso, o ambiente é muito feio e as ruas são muito sujas também. Mas achamos que todas as ruas, no geral, são muito sujas, o q foi um pouco decepcionante, pois não esperávamos que era assim. Quanto ao café da manhã, não contratamos, porém, no último dia sairíamos muito cedo e falamos com o recepcionista que queríamos pagar o café da manhã no dia seguinte, pra nos facilitar, e no dia seguinte pela manhã, quando descemos por volta das 7:30, o recepcionista estava dormindo na recepção e simplesmente não havia NADA DE CAFÉ DA MANHÃ! Portanto, não foi uma experiência nada agradável de uma forma geral.

We kwamen snachts 3 uur .was iemand bij de balie s morgens rond 6 uur werden we wakker gemaakt omdat we ons auto weg moesten zetten die voor het hotel stond geparkeerd.we werden boos en gingen weg we bleven maar 3 uur ofzo konden niet eens slapen van de boiler beneden en wat herrie buiten

An opportunity to experience real Turkey
Pros:

It’s an inexpensive hotel in a very poor section of Izmir. Actually I like that. I got to see how people really live rather than a bunch of tourist, but be prepared, the Neighbourhood might look scary, but it is not dangerous at all. It is real Turkey.

Top Unterkunft für Familie - Hochzeitseinkauf

Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet, hatte in 2min Fußweg Entfernung einen eigenen Parkplatz, der kostenfrei genutzt werden konnte. Die Gegend wirkt anfangs sehr heruntergekommen, die Einheimischen dort sind jedoch sehr höflich und respektvoll. Wir waren dort aufgrund Hochzeitseinkauf. Viele Läden liegen in 10/15min Fußweg Entfernung.
Dennoch würde ich als Dame nicht zwingend abends das Hotel verlassen. (persönliche Meinung)
Der Mitarbeiter Selcuk und Hamza waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Die Bahnstation "Basmane" ist 3-4min per Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Wir waren zu sechst angereist, anfangs wie bereits erwähnt durch die Umgebung / Gegend "beängstigt", dies hat sich jedoch bereits am zweiten Tag gelegt. Die Straßen dort sind relativ schmal, weshalb man als Fußgänger noch mehr acht geben muss, dadurch dass auch die Einheimischen sehr schnell fahren.

The bedroom was really nice, so huge. We appreciated The air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to the train and Metro way station. The neighborhood is lively in the day and quiet at night. The staffs were kindly our stay.

Buen lugar para cortas estancias.
Pros:

Es un lugar central cerca de transporte público metro, autobuses y tren. También se puede ir caminado a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. La habitación estaba bien de tamaño para dos personas y era luminosa. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas el último día porque nuestro viaje continuó en la noche. La persona a cargo fue muy amable nos ofreció té y nos guió con algunas dudas de transporte y otras.

Cons:

Es verdad que está en medio de un mercado local y hay algunas casas abandonadas. Da un poco de temor llegar de noche porque es oscuro. Pero la verdad no vi que pasara nada. Se escucha un poco de ruido desde la habitación de al lado.
