We had a very pleasant, enjoyable, and satisfying stay with our family in the Deluxe Family Room at Çorlu Safir Hotel & City Center. 😊❤️🌟

The location of the hotel is excellent; you can easily walk to the city center, shopping mall, cafés, restaurants, marketplace, and many other places. The free parking is also a great convenience. 🚗✨

Our room looked exactly like the photos, and the Deluxe Family Room met our expectations. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, hygiene, bed comfort, WiFi, room service, breakfast, coffee, view, and overall facilities. 🛏️☕📶❤️

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. As a Bulgarian citizen, I can understand some of the comments; sometimes people may have expectations above the price they pay. However, for rooms, beds, and bathrooms that are used every day, the cleanliness and hygiene were truly very successful for us. 😊👏

Also, it was very valuable for us that a staff member who speaks Bulgarian accompanied us while buying a Turkcell SIM card, helped with bargaining, and translated for us. 🙏📱🇧🇬🇹🇷

Sitting with our family in the garden area in the evening was very enjoyable. The tea, coffee, cold drinks, and fruit treats were also a very kind gesture. 🍵☕🍹🍎❤️

In terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, staff attention, value for money, and facilities, I can recommend this hotel with peace of mind. If we come to Çorlu again, this will definitely be our choic

I stayed with my family and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We stayed as a family under three separate reservations, and honestly, we could not understand some of the other comments. I do not think the rooms were like that, although I personally did not see those rooms. We stayed in the rooms shown in the photos, and we were very happy with them.

The family rooms were excellent, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was also a kitchen inside the room with all the necessary items, which made us feel just like at home.

The cleanliness was very good, the facilities were well maintained, and the comfort level was excellent. The staff were very friendly, sincere, and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, cafés, and everything you may need.

The hotel also offers free parking, which was very convenient for us. The garden sitting area was very pleasant, and the complimentary espresso coffee and tea varieties were a very nice touch. The room service, breakfast, WiFi, and overall value for money were all very good.

The photos are completely fake and look AI-generated. The reality is nothing like what they advertise. They are clearly misleading and deceiving guests.

We paid for a deluxe room, but instead we were given a disgusting, unsanitary room. The place was filthy and unacceptable. I am attaching real photos so people can see the truth.

When we complained about the condition of the room, the staff did nothing and simply told us to contact the manager — who apparently would not even be at work for another two days.

Terrible service, terrible conditions, and dishonest advertising. Do not waste your money here.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the fact that they speak both English and Bulgarian is a big advantage for international guests. After also reviewing other guest comments, we can say the high ratings are absolutely well deserved. We would definitely stay here again.
